I had relatively short labors (8 hrs), but after having my first baby the first thing I asked for was the gas and i only had 2 epidurals - 1 for yhe first and tge second was with my fourth baby which was for the cesarean! Lol. Great chapter ,how many more to come?

Rose and Em are so great...! It's also a lot of fun reading them :-D
I liked the talk very much - Edward was honest and they did not need to talk out their feelings for each other since it was about Carlisle and the whole circumstances in Edward's family. However, Bella now already acts like she really is in love with Edward, so it seems strange for me that she does not want to admit this to herself! But we will be patient with her ;)
I'm really curious how Carlisle will react on Edward's resignation - we will all be thrilled while he'll be ultra pissed (hopefully) :D
P.S.: I'm all the way into "A family like ours" and it's a great story!! I started it on fanfiktion.de with the German translation of the first part and then skipped over here to get all the other chapters plus the sequel afterwards.
Even though I do not know a shit about the lifestyle, the story sounds very realistic when it comes to the education and habits!

Carlisle won't pose a problem anymore, at least not for Edward and Bella. There's a German translation of PLU? I never looked into the German version of any story but it's interesting to know. All I know about the lifestyle results from reading Diamond in the Rough mostly and PLU. Most of the other stories just don't seem authentic or are written for the kinky lemons. Those are great but I enjoy reading about the backgrounds as well. See you next chapter.

I'm glad Edward is blackmailing his dad. Give him some of his own medicine. I don't think Edward would actually follow through though. Part of me wishes he would though.
I'm glad Bella is back so they can talk. I am sure Edward kept all of the bad stuff from Bella so she wouldn't be upset, but I can see why Bella is mad being in the dark about it. She could have handled Carlisle better maybe.

Ok so I get in like this: Carlisle is the ass of the century, has raised some doubts In Bella so that she decided to call Rose, take a break and talk it out with her. She won't leave Edward since Rose will help her get back her confidence. The she'll come home and sort it out with Edward...hopefully! Maybe it's Rose calling and letting him know Bella's alright? Maybe it's Esme? I have no idea but the teaser definitely starts where Edward know everything and seeks out Carlisle...and I'm So looking forward to this :D This will end it for all times and Edward prepares for the final strike. He will show his father how important Bella is and how inseperable the two have become :)

Best fucking Christmas indeed! I love Edward for his standing and that he did not back down in THE TALK ;)
I wonder how Esme really thinks about this and whether she in fact does not care about him either or just hodes it for society's sake... But I wouldn't be shocked if she changed her mind some time during the story... but until now we simply don't know enough about her.
I was and was not shocked to learn that Carlisle was in the same situation as Edward when he was younger. What I wonder is if Esme knew... He is so cruel that I can't even imagine how he stands his job, where he helps OTHERS and not himself! HOw can he even be a doctor or something close to this?!
I'm so giddy about his reaction once he learns that Edward will change his profession/specialisation! ANd he will be a great doctor, no matter what! With Bella's support he can do anything and he will be happy AND successful - what a shame for Carlisle when the rest of the high and mighty gang learns that he has abandoned his talented son!
The Christmas night of the not-couple was lovely and the presents are great! Rose is such a good friend in helping with the tree and everything and even though Charlie and Renee couldn't be there, they will be soon and that's all that counts! They love their daughter and support her and I love this ;-)
I think it's good that Edward does not tell Bella now what it's all about, it would upset her although she can#t do anything against it. Especially since she's supposed to relax and so on, it would unnecessarily stress her. She knows something is not right, and she will all to soon learn the truth, I'm sure.
The only question: What is it that brings her in such a worry/stress that she leaves spontaneously?? I hope that it does not hav something to do with Edward's parents...
So - great chapter and yes, it seems to be some kind of turning point here. I look forward to the next one!

Haha, I love Rose and Emmett in this story, they will be a grate couple once they are through with their teasing ;-)
Rose is behaving like she wants to be conquered by him, and I think he will give her the pleasure to do so once he gets his head out of his ass :-D
The run in with Tory and Riley was great and I'm proud of Bella for her reaction! She said the right words in the right moment and totally smashed him - hilarious!

I'm guessing the sneak peak is from Emmett! I hope Edward lays a lustful kiss on Bella right in front of Riley! He really is a dick! He has a pregnant girlfriend & still is concerned about his ex. Tory needs to get him a couple of junk punches! I loved that Bella called her a whore in one breath & then says no offense tory. That was hillarious!
I also loved that Edward got possessive at Lamaze. Some lustful thoughts & touches could come from them being so close.

I think she is going to spend the holidays right where Edward wants her and that is with him. I almost with Edward would of punched Riley he is such a prick I wonder how happy Victoria is with him now? I love the way Bella keep telling Tory she was not trying to be mean to her and I am sure Tory understood compleatly. sexy Silk is one of my favs. I have been reading a great one called Notes on His Pillow by BoysNBooksRBetter maybe you are the one that rec'ed it to me if you did thanks great so far.

I really hate Riley. What did he want her to do? Pine away forever? I hope they are not in Bella's next childbirth class.I'm glad his things have been destroyed. I would have left them in the apartment.
I am glad the baby is alright. I am hoping the baby is a boy. Maybe the fall was a good thing. This way Bella and Edward can spend the holidays together, then maybe they will admit they are both in love.
I think the teaser is Edward's hateful dad.

I'm so glad Edward voiced that he wants to do Lamaze & did both wills! I also love how Bella keeps getting caught checking him out & vice versa! I'm looking forward to their Lamaze dates! There will be some intimate touching that they both can't get away from & I'm hoping Bella won't be able to stop herself from letting it go further! ;)
