I think your story is fabulous and I'm loving reading it!! I'm sorry some people just can't find it in themselves to be happy, and so they pick on other writers trying to make themselves feel better. What dumbass lawyer took on Tanya's case? She doesn't have a leg to stand on. That would be like me going after custody of a random child.

Honestly, any judge that would let her even go for custody in this situation is a farce. I am thoroughly enjoying and can actually see a person trying this crap though. Enjoyable but please, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, put that biatch in her place. I would sue her for potential harming Bella's child as the news obviously sned Bella into labor... the HOE. See, there is a reason i hate that hoebag. She is evil, and deserves nothing. How she thinks she deserves that baby is completely beyond me.

Ok, Tanya doesn't have a leg to stand on as the baby was conceived naturally and without the help of artificial insemination. Yes, Bella did agree to be a surrogate. However, she is in no way tied to this child as the agreement wasn't completed through the use of her ovum.

Also, what the fuck was going on with James? Nothing was ever mentioned about him at all. In fact, up until he entered the picture Bella was single. Kind of a plot mistake there.

It was a look into the past. Sorry, I guess I should have mentioned that? 

Now this doesn't surprise me.  They should have had a contract about the baby.  Did they?  If so, Bella could be the one fighting for custody.  Of course, Tanya is invested in this baby...that's part of the betrayal.  This the easiest way for her and Kate to get a child.  Between the divorce and DNA, Tanya shouldn't have a chance.
