It's a good story, and I'm impressed with how you've incorporated the French and English cultures into it.
One negative...please have someone proofread. Too many misused colloquialisms and very poor spelling. Note the first line of this chapter. I assume you meant "inebriated" rather than "inhabited."

Wow, I wasn't expecting to go from a gunshot to fifteen years later, but was happy to read it was Edwarad that survived [like there was any doubt though, right]. Given that their son Phillip has family obligations in England, I thought it was a nice touch to give the vineyard to Kate and her husband. Good story, sorry that all good things must come to an end at some point, but I am already hooked on your new story - Good luck!

loved this fic and was sad that they hadnt had more kids ... wldve also enjoyed reading more of their yrs together ... bella being the spitfire that she is was sure to have caused, whether intentionally or not, a variety of interesting episodes -- dont understand why edward still being held responsible for 'self defense' act of shooting james and isnt riley his heir and hence their home/estate in england is his to claim .. why wld victoria and riley have stayed with the cullens all this time ... and considering the number of witnesses that must've been available surely they'd want to clear edwards name .. just in case he felt the need to return to england eg as his parents age ....

i really love the vineyard. i am glad bella was able to help edward get closure with tanya. who would have guessed that she was forced, since she did not speak up. she had a beautiful child who was loved and is very happy. she got a second mother to cherish and love her as her own. too bad edward can't plead self defense since that is what it was really. james did have it coming. they will or might miss things with phillip, how sad. i loved the way things worked out for all. i am glad jasper and alice had a little girl. what became of rose and em. did they stay married and have any children. great story and loved the writing. thanx

Everyone got their happy ending, including Rose and Em. I didn't mention them mainly because they really weren't that big of characters, but yes they did have children. Five in fact. Now, give me five or so miniutes and my new story should be up on TWCS.

Edward had a traditonal marriage with Tanya and your right, the way he felt for Tanya could never compare to what he feels for Bella. He could never regret marrying Bella because he loves her with his heart and soul. He is just able to let go of the hurt and the anger that he felt for Tanya.
