Not like yours but similiar. My husband takes blood thinners. He started having angina bad. Went in and found out he was 3 pints low on blood. This was bringing him close to a heart attack. They took him straight from doctors office to hospital. long story short it was a reaction to his blood thinner. Sigh he was alright after getting the blood.

I think Charlie will be coherent; I certainly hope so. But I don't think his agitation was only about the cancer. Certainly, that set it off, but he'll still be 3 years in the past. Edward's 'sudden' relationship with her has to be a big surprise. Not that the effects of cancer treatment 3 years later weren't enough to begin with.
