Wow! I don't necessarily think what EJ did to Roni was the correct way to handle the situation, but I get that he was really hurt and she manipulated Cecelia into hurting EJ for her own purposes. She did kinda deserve what she got - cruel and unusual punishment. He was correct in saying that he was always respectful with Roni and treated her really well-even tried and wanted to love her. You can't force that. You either love someone or you don't, it's that simple. Roni was very cruel to BOTH Cecelia and EJ and I have to say that I really don't blame him. Roni made him feel cheap which is something he never did to her. He is obviously tired of being "THE WHORE" around town. I think he really wants to find someone he can love, and Cecelia has that potential. I just hope Roni didn't ruin their chances. True colors can be UGLY. GREAT CHAPTER - very real. Some of your reviewers seem to think that the women are just victims and the men are heartless and whores. These girls are immature bitches.The act sweet and then show their true colors. Those boys have ALWAYS been on the level with the girls they are with - no deceit there, but with Roni, SHE was deceitful and cruel. These women (Sheila, Debbie, Roni) are NOT victims. They are just as much whores as those boys and they as JUST as responsible for their own behavior> I'm so sick of women taking the girls' side no matter what, just because they are women! Women can be horrible too- case and point- RONI!

In 1995 I was raising my first child and working on my second literally bun in the oven at the time. You did great as far as the references go and once again great chapter I'm glad the kids aren't being rude to Jake because they really have no reason to even if they know what they know about his past everyone deserves a second chance.

Wow! That was an unexpected twist. I have to admit I'm really surprised at EJ and his reaction. I truly thought he was in love with Roni and just didn't really know it. I hope Jake's change is genuine too. If he hurts them again that will not be cool, but then again he would go back to prison if he did. Very emotional chapter - I cried a lot reading it.

You are right this chapter was not funny, but it was REAL. Real people having real reactions to real situations. Most importantly, a family acting like a family should be with each other. CC was definitely disrespectful, but it was handled like humans handle things, imperfectly, but with great care. Excellent chapter it felt very real. It was very well written, very well executed.

Wow, I REALLY enjoyed that chapter way more than I anticipated. Getting to hear hisPOV was refreshing and it made me like him a lot more than I did. I mistook him for a creepy dude who was trying to steal Bella from Edward (even though I knew that could never happen), but now I see him as a really nice kid whom Edward and Bella could probably be friends with. I have to admit I'm VERY disappointed with James though. It's obvious that he still has feelings for Bella and always did and now he feels it's ok to cheat (even if it's an open relationship, it's fairly clearly defined) and if he'll cheat on his wife, who's to say he won't make another play for Bella, right? It's fair to assume so now. LOVE THIS STORY - can't wait for more and the next one. Good call on the name change too. This name has better 'attraction" than the name of the hospital where they work, especially since Bella only worked there for a couple of chapters.

They are horrible parents. The example they set has come back to bite them in the ass. So willy nilly with their sons having casual sex. Surprised a pregnancy hasn't happened before now. At least Edward was pissed off at CC and Natalie. Bella was like, ok whatever, let Natalie move in and I'll babysit. They didn't do their sons any favors by being so foolish about their sexcapdes. Why would CC and Natalie want a baby now when neither have graduated high school or can support themselves? Guess they figured stupid Bella would be there with open arms and open door to take care of them and not hold them responsible for anything.
