Argh - 37 chapters read and you stopped?! I hope you are continuing this story! It really is too good to stop now. As dark as it is, I have to give you a lot of credit for taking the harder road and facing a lot of the horrible truths regarding cults. That you didn't shy away from writing the darker aspects - and that you did a good job in telling your story without making it seem too over the top - is impressive. So often people try to write something this dark but miss the mark when it comes to presenting their story in a realistic manner. Also, I'm amazed at how you were able to creatively and convincingly present Dr. Cullen's story, as to why he joined the cult and continued to serve in the community using his medical knowledge. Initially I was having a difficult time believing it of him, but you made me a believer.
I hope you're still writing this! I want to know what happens next!!!
Thanks for sharing - and good luck with any and all of your writing. I'm off to see what else you have in the works!
