I flove this story. You are so good at getting just the right meld of Twilight and Star Trek! I'm left wondering a few things after reading this chapter. Whose blood is the sixth sample left on Nessie? They identified the others, but there was another person in on her kidnap and attack. You'll let us know soon, right? Also, if you told us before, I have forgotten just what is so special about Didyme's heritage. I need to also point out that, in reference to Nirabelle feeling the difference in speed of the ship once they left the planet crevice hiding place and accelerated once free into space, that I think the ship's inertial dampeners would have compensated for that and she would not have felt the difference. Am I wrong? I love all the details like that in this story. You've done, and continue to do, a fabulous job here. I hope they kick Jakob's butt!

I suspect Edward will experience the less than respectful sentiment from a few more of Forks fine servants of the realm. It will take a bit more convincing that he is not the outsider they see.

I love this story, the hybrid between Twilight and Star Trek, so please take this in the spirit in which I offer it. It is only observation, not criticism. I was struck by the amount of incomplete sentences in this chapter. There were half a dozen or more. There were also sentences with obvious word omissions in them. This is distressing to me as it is usually not the case with your stories. I'm sorry you're struggling with the storyline and would rather see a haitus here than meandering chapters. This one was clear and concise and didn't meander. I just commented because you said you were struggling and I would hate to see the story suffer because it was forced. I admire your prolific and varied writing skills and hope your mojo for this story returns soon.
