interesting but there are waaaay too many questions with 

not enough answers to form any real opinion. 

the only thing i can say is that i am confused. 

obviously these 2 know enough about each other to 

have gotten married with a child now. we know that the

father was not present during the whole 9 months of 

the pregnancy while life continued for bella, which must

have been quite difficult dealing with the pregnancy on

her own as well as working full time? i assume. meanwhile,

she did have some people who cared about her ie. esme and

perhaps carlisle...she was also aware of edward's family since

she wasn't too surprised to learn of his father's behavior or their

involvement with mafia organization. and let's not forget no one in his

family knew of his wife except for esme and carlisle.

that seems to be all we know which doesn't give us a whole lot of anything.

so, though this may be somewhat intriguing, i can only say, Huh? where

the hell was edward for the last ~9 months when she needed him?

Wonderful. Now all I want is the back story.

So Dr. Isabella Swan is married to the Heir Apparent of the Masini Mofia Family.
(Is the name Masen interchangeable with Masini?)
Esme is her mid-wife/sister-in-law. That makes Dr. Carlisle Cullen her brother-in-law. Emmett was about to say his last name as Cullen before the phone disconnected. Is Jasper related or a made-man?
Who's covering for Bella at the hospital? Can Carlisle make that happen?
What will be the new heirs full name?
Did Edward lie to Bella about his relationship with his parents because of the Masini Mofia title?
Definitely need more!

A great first chapter, so much happened in it. I really look forward to reading more of this and wait in anticipation of the next chapter.
