I hope they've been keeping Seth mostly knocked out with drugs. The less he remembers, the better.

Jacob got off too easily. Nothing short of being someones bitch in prison will scratch the surface of what type of justice he deserves. Why didn't Seth tell the doctor or at least Edward that Jacob shot him up with something. They should've done blood work. Seth's exam should've been a little more in depth. This chapter waa a bit intense. I'm kinda sorry Bella didn't get to attack Jacob.

If the promise of money has been Paul's motivation, what's Embry's reason for aiding the two idiots?
Glad Leah was found in time. Hopefully the information she overheard is enough to find Seth before Jacob tries to leave the country. Alice volunteering her legal services to Leah was a pleasant surprise.
Will the stunt doubles escape harms way by dropping fake money and then leaving?
Who will stay with Seth when Jacob and Paul attempt to collect the ransom money?
If they are as dense as Leah believes then Embry will b e alone with Seth. Easy to over power.
The death penalty is to good for Jacob, Paul and Embry. They should feel the pain of physical abuse by a big burly inmate that wants conjugal visits.
Rip them up good.

I really want Edward to have the opportunity to beat the crap out of Jacob.

Oh my goodness,  what an emotional nightmare for all.

glad they found Leah and she'll get the help she needs.  Nice for Alice to step to the plate.  

I want to see Jacob and Paul get injured, but not killed. I want them captured and stand trial.  Since some of the activities/crimes happened CA, I'd like to see him stand trial there first, then be extridited to WA and stand there.  I like to see Life with no possibility of parole for either and Jacob receiving the death penalty at one of the trials. I would like to see the rest of the men on the reservation arrested and tried for a subset of the the Jacob/Paul crimes and sentenced to life. I'd like to see a lady lawyer rip them all apart including Billy Black. I'd like him to have a stroke and with complications of the stroke, no walking, no sex and only partial use of one hand/arm.  

Jacob is disgusting and so is Paul.   Ugh....     Those two sure ruined everyone's day and life.    Thanks for writing and sharing.

The CPS fiasco was just a taste of what Jacob is willing to do to detour Bella's stable life.
Hoping Seth will remain safe from his sperm donor's grasp.

Loved what Edward and Seth did for Mother's Day.  I'm buckling up but I'm nervous.  Can't wait for more.  

The emotional stress continues to build up for Bella and Seth.
They finally have a support network to ease some of the burden. The fear of returning to the struggle is real for Bella. But Seth is right, Edward needs to propose sooner than later.

I've never heard of a social worker behaving in that manner. Though, I get this is fanfiction and it doesn't have to be accurate. Bella needs to pull her shit together and stop the whimpy, crying jags all the time. She needs to start being a strong woman and setting a better example to Seth; stop crumbling at the first sight of adversity or visissitude. CPS can remove a minor child if the parent's mental health is questionable,and at the moment, Bella's is very questionable.

I know this a made up story so you are taking some leway on how CPS would act, but you are way off base. I know if you don't have an adress they would never start a file, or they would start at the school since some of the complaint is about how much time he spend at school. In which they would see that he was involve with after school things and then they would probably drop it.  Just saying they would need a whole lot more than what they have to even start a file on them. Oh and there is no way that a social worker can just walk into your home and take your child without a whole lot of evience. Not just because the worker has a bias against you. Sorry but I just had to bring these things to your attention.

Oh my, Martha is definitely a bitch. I am so glad Caius was there. I am glad that Bella and Seth have Edward.  I can not wait to hear from Seth.  I hope at some point in this story that Seth gets to tell Jacob what he thinks of him. And I hope he gets to knock the hell out of him.
