She threatened him, with a knife no less, and instead of getting scared, Edward was intrigued and aroused by it.
This will be an interesting relationship.

They both remember what happened in NY, I would have thought it had been longer, but it was enough to mark them both. At first it seemed it was only Edward, but after Bella's talk with Jake, we got a different take on it. Jake's actions were bold and a bit stupid. He knows the kind of people there and he still took the chance. Sadly, for him, it was for nothing.
Bella proved she can and will take matters into her own hands if needed. That was a surprise for everyone. But I am sure for Edward it was a different kind of surprise ;)

Edward met her sometime ago and couldn't forget her, he wanted her. So he kept taps on her, things had the strong chance of turning on to his favor, and eventually they did. He might be a tough guy, but a part of him wants her to go to him willingly. Sadly, it seems Bella isn't thinking the same thing he is. However, she will honor her father's memory and promise, as long as Edward keeps his promises.
Will she stay as angry with him as she is?

The whole plot of this story is romance so I am contemplating on doing more on that rather on concentrating on the angst factor. Meaning her anger will lessen as the story progress.

Interesting. I am liking the story, where it seems to go, and where it's coming from.
Emmett, Bella and Rose are a closed unit who has found itself in a predicament. One, that apparently Bella will have to get them through. No one is happy with the situation, but they have learned to accept things as they come.
She wasn't happy about the meeting, but she never expected to be shocked by whom Edward is. He meant something to her in the past, and it seems it went both ways. But now... it's more of a battle for control, in which both are equally skilled.

I think that Bella needs to let her family know that Edward was the cause of her suicide attempt. Also, I hope that she resists E's dominant and ego-centric attitude. I already hate Alice and this is only the beginning of the story! Bella should return to Seattle and purchase a different bridal gown and wear it to clue Alice in that Bella is no wimpy pushover!

Bella has already committed to her dead father so she has to go through with the marriage.
Also, Rosalie was the one who had the idea of buying a gown in New York. Alice, being her usual perky self, just so happen to strategically be there when they came.

I went back and read the story posted, and yes, you were right...there are a lot of symbols and stuff in between. I am so sorry for that. The original was in word, so when I converted it into text, a lot of the ' and " were converted as well. I'll just repost it.
