I loved the surprise baby shower, and especially that Renee and Jane attended. I am glad that Renee put Esme in her place - maybe that will wake her up on how she treats her daughter.
I was surprised knowing how loving Renee is that she is refusing to speak to her own son. Not that he doesn't deserve it. I was also glad to hear he has been calling and sending flowers, but agree with Bella that it is not enough. It is time for the grand gesture. Why has he not jumped on a place and sat outside her porch if he is serious about this. Yeah, overprotective Emmett is back, and I am glad that he is just as pissed as we readers are at Edward. I didn't even think about the flowers in the airport trash until another reviewer mentioned it, but now I could totally see Edward running to the airport to stop her and seeing Jake. Of course instead of fighting for her, he turned tail and ran again. That would explain the difference in the messages between the first 2 deliveries and the last one.
I know that emotionally Edward is all over the place, but he needs to quit being such an emo-bitch and make a grand jesture to Bella. Sending flowers are ok, but so impersonal after everything they have been through. I still have hope that he will come around and hopefully it won't be too late, but I am starting to wonder how long it will take him to get there.
On a sidenote, I don't understand after all that Tanya did to him how he can even speak to her much less still consider her a friend. Edward doesn't make very good decisions about relationships, does he?

On a side note, I won't be updating for at least 2-3 weeks. i am having computer issues and the nice geeks at Best Buy told me it would take that long to fix it. As soon as i read this exchange I knew it was done, as did Bella. That was the dealbreaker. I know Edward is hurting over his past and the recent loss of his father, but I held hope he would snap out of it, especially when he saw Bella in person and they had sex. But that one sentence was so powerful in ending their relationship. It is not really something you can work on from here, and Bella should just cut her losses and keep her family support. She doesn't need this stress in her life. I know, easier said than done.
Not sure what to make of the Jane situation, she annoys me and to do a 180 seemed too sudden, so I wouldn't trust her if I were Bella. Time to get the heck out of Forks and move on...Renee is pretty awesome, but I have to ask what Emmett thinks about Edward...because I imagine knockin Bella up and leaving her would not make her overprotective brother happy, at all.

I'm trying to work on an out take of Edward's point of view (I have never done one before. I'm working on that and the next chapter as we speak, so it might be a little longer for an update). I want to show what he was thinking/feeling during the whole scene (not that will make things right).
Jane was only intersted in protecting her brother, that's why she didn't like Bella. She was from a world that Jane didn't know and immeditly thought she was after Edward fo rhis money. Once Bella had it out with her and proved that she didn't care about his money Jane was more at ease. Now she knows that Bella didn't get pregnant on purpose, she would like to help her. I had more dialoug between Bella and Jane but edited it out (it didn't flow right). Bella is on the first flight from Seattle to Boston in the next chapter.
There maybe a conversation with Emmett coming up soon, we'll see.

Jane always had her brother's best interest at heart and she is over protective. Now she knows the truth about Tanya and how Edward treated Bella, she feel bad. Edward is pretty much an asshole all the way through.
I'm debating on doing a chapter from Edward's point of view. I haven't decided yet.

They are at a different place now. Before, Edward's reaction could have been written off as an emotional, knee-jerk reaction. Now, he outright rejected her and the baby, with a concious decision. You would think his grief over Charlie would make him want to cling to a new life. I would think her feelings for Edward would be different at this point. Trust has been broken, is it possible to get it back?

Edward is in a place he can't even explain. he's filled with so much that he doens't really know what he is doing or saying (none the less, he is a jerk at the moment). All that i am promising is a resolution with their relationship.
I'm working on the next chapter now. I kind of want to do an Edward POV, but I'm not sure. I'll think about it.

I do not blame Bella for being upset about Edward being with Tanya before what happened to Charlie. He supposedly loves her, but he's been keeping things to himself. Even if or when Edward realizes his mistakes, I don't know if I'd do anything more than slam the door in his face at first.

Edward is confused and in his own world (obviously). He's being stubborn and is refusing to let Bella in any more than he has. He has all ready broken hi promsie to himself (not to get as close to anyone as he did with tanya and the baby). All i am saying is I promise there will eventually be a resolution.

Bella will read the letter, it just might not be immeditly. I'm kind of torn when she will read it. I kind of wwant it in two places, we'll see. All i promise about these two is that there will be a resolution at some point!

Edward is confused and hurting. He doesn't make sense (really though, do men really make any sense?). He isn't the greatest guy at the moment. I'm thinking about writing an out take form his point of view. I don't know if it will happen though, however I am working on the next chapter).

I cannot wait to see what he wrote and get his POV. If he is shagging Tanya, I will beat his butt BTW (how stupid can he be really). Bella is being incredibly strong. If I were her, I woud be getting my legal counsel to ready termination of parental rights paperwork to let him know not wanting the baby really will equal that in the near term (after he/she takes their 1st breath). I also believe that the baby should be a Cullen and not Swan if he decides to not be the dad (sperm donor only).

I feel bad for Bella because in the short-term having sex with Edward is going to cause her pain. He is getting ready to freak the heck out on her sd the departure is going to be harder on her. She should have kneed him and called Renee. No good deed goes unounished and all. Eddie was using her to feel anything at this point and continue his denial about the baby. How he could deny that while she was on top of him/he was undressing her I do not know. Damn boy is a fool and Jane is such bitch in this chapter too.

Bella's a smart girl for the most part who just made a bad split decision. We'll get to know how she's feelling in the next chapter. Eddie (incse you hadn't noticed) has a lot of growing up to do. It all goes back to him being afraid and him being in denial (both with the baby and with his fahter's passing). Jane, well, just stick around, Jane is coming up again in either the next chapter or the following one.

He has never talked to Bella about Tanya. All that he said about her way back when (after Bella told Edward she googled him and her name came up) was they were friends. Bella is completly in the dark about their history.

Thanks for reading and reviewing. Bella's heart is in the right place. Renee and Charlie were supportive of her and there for her when their son wasn't. She feels she is doing the right thing to be there for Renee, even if that means she is going to face not only Edward but the joyous Jane too.
