I've been trying to come up with the words to express how 'powerful' this story truly was. And after 3 days I still don't know what to really write. From 19-22 I was addicted to pain pills which lead to heroin abuse. It's not something that is easily admitted. And unless you lived through it yourself or lived close to someone who did it's almost unexplainable. So many authors say that their story is based on real life but there's no way of knowing just how much of it is real. But you did live it. No way in hell could you have wrote this without knowing drug abuse personally. This story had me reliving some very nasty & intense moments of my past, I held my breath through most of it. I highly applaud you for being strong enough to not only survive but to write about it. You are one of my new favorite authors and by far the most respected. I wish I had more glamorous words to write but I will always only write the truth. Thank you for sharing this with us, the readers. (I'm 25 now by the way)

I've just caught up on the last few chapters of this story and i'm so glad E&B got a happy ending.
You've done a wonderful job with this story. It was tough to read when we didn't know what would happen to Edward, so well done for having the stength to write it.
I'm glad esme and Carlisle are out of the picture, they were making me nerveous, i thought they were going to give Edward more health problems with the way they were stressing him out.
I'd be interested to get a glimpse into their future but that was a great final chapter.

How do I start? I came across your story looking for something to read. You had mentioned that it was based on things from your husband's past. Having read this final chapter, it's great to see that you both have been able to get beyond his addictions and moved forward with your lives together. As a person reads this story to me it seems obvious that it had to be based on actual events. You put so much detail into what you wrote. As I finished the story yesterday afternoon, I was moved to tears as I am now. Good luck to your husband on his continued recovery and good luck to you in your future endeavors to write.

As I have said before, I love this story. It is very deep and I think many people can relate to it. Then by default it helps people. Not to mention it has some good lemons too!!! I can't wait for more, Bella and Edward have been thru hell and deserve to be happy, I just can't but wonder what Carlisle and Esme are up to, Edward leaving was to easy. Great chapter, so glad they are finally home, and the New Years sex.....HOT!!!

I have been reading and following this stroy for a while and I can't remember if I ever left a review. This is an amazing story and I am so glad that you have taken the time to write.
I love how the story unfolds. Bella's strenght is amazing. Funny how when Edward was an addict no one really wanted to be involved, the addict was left the Bella, but now they all want to take care of him, true Emmett is on his side now, but he wasn't always.

Edward and Bella finally deserve to be together. So much has happened and they need to be able to move forward and I hope for Esme and Carlisle's sake they come around or loose Edward forever. I was worried when Bella and Edward went back to their place that Edward was going to find drugs. I'm glad it ended up sweeter than that.
