I wish a had one of those cuss jars for everytime I used "wicked." It's soemthing professionally at work I have to conentrate on not saying. Who better to say it than four year old? Seriously, I use it all the time and it's bad! I'm such a Bostonian (although I perfer Starbucks of Dunkin...is that bad?).
I'm in the middle of cooking two batches of soup and settling down form the wicked cool weekend (I saw Ryan Renyolds in Boston filming his movie!) and getting ready for the week a head, but I am going to try and update tonight. Bella is also very confusesd. She has only been in one relationship with her high school sweet heart and that's it. She doesn't have a whole lot of confidence in this department and is afraid. She does hold his hand adn they do kiss. They aren't really in hiding any more and realtionship is out in the open. I promise (or at least hope) there will be more in the next chapter.

I am glad that they admitted how they feel for each other. I wonder if it is Jacob’s doing that Edward can't move on. He planted a seed in Edward's head.

It's not that she is having second thoughts about Carlisle, it's just she is over thinking. She is remembering Michael and even though she has Carlisle, she is kind of sad because she still has feeling sfor Michael, which I think is normal. It's something she'll always carry with her. She is also doubting herself because she wants to move farther in their relationship, however, she is scared since she doens't have all that much expirence. I think Jasper's talk with her might have helped.

Such an interesting story. It took me a while to actually stop and review ;)
I can't help but feel a little weary of Carlisle. Almost as if he is too perfect. I am waiting for the other show to drop. I have this idea in my head that something that he did made Esme the cold, closed off person she is today. Why else would she change so drastically?
Maybe my fantasy is taking me for a ride lol. Since I am very pro Edward & Bella I have a hard time accepting Carlisle.
As a mother or a sibling I can appreciate Jacob's and Renee's hesitation towards this relationship but looking from Bella's POV there is nothing wrong with some age difference since she is a grown woman.

Don't be weary of Carlisle. He is what I am looking for (minus the whole age thing)...he's just a nice man. He isn't going to be a ceral killer or a rapest or anything like that. he is just a regualr guy. Esme went off the deep end because she felt she had to be a certian way all the time. She married when she did basicly because that was what was expected of her.
I'm usually very pro Bella and Edward, however, in the Twilight world I am very much a Carlisle fan. He's my favorite charecter and I enjoy writing him like this. I wrote another B/C story, which I think was sweet.
Jacob and Renee aren't completly done with their concerns with Bella and Carlisle's relationship. More of that coming later!
I'm working on the next chapter as we speak and hope to have it posted by the weekend.

PS-Yah for power!! I was very lucky with the hurricane. I live three houses from a hospital so I never fully lost power. It was going on and off a lot, but I never lost it. I lost my cable and interenet for a little bit, but it came back on. How long were you without power? I hope everything else was okay and there was nothing damanged and you had no injuries. It was very scary and I'd be okay if we didn't get another one for a long time!

I loved this chapter update. I don't think Bella has true romantic feelings toward Carlisle. If she did I would be pleasantly surprised cause there relationship hasn't progressed at all. They really seem more like friends. I know he is in love with her but she listened to her daughter and stuck with him instead of giving Edward a chance. I know this is a Bella story and not cannon. So I'm waiting to see who she exactly ends up with in the end.

Bella does have romantic feelings for Carlisle. She is just unsure of how to express them. She had only been with one other person and they knew each other basiclly their whole lives. The whole aspect of being with Carlisle is a different feeling and she doens't really know what to do. She'll seek some advice from a friend in the next chapter. We'll get inside her head.
It's not that she didnt' give Edward a chance, it's just that he was rude to her not once but twice (when she first met him and they were talking about her grades and then when she spilt the beans about knowing Carlisle and that whole thing). Sit tight though, there will be more in the future with Edward.

What did Bella think was going to happen? She is dating some one older than her parents. People will talk. She is dating the exhusband of her professor. This is not a good move, especially since she is not a nice person. Bella better get used to the criticism and looks from people. I must admit this is the first story where I like Jacob. Molly was acting like a brat. She should not be allowed to talk to an adult like that. It is not cute to be rude. Jacob as a right to his opinion and he should never be lectured by a 4 year old. Bella is not being a good mother if she hasn't taught her to respect her uncle.

She actually said, "people who smoke are stupid.....but you're not stupid. it's just s stupid thing." It was actually funny and I was trying to kind of replicate that. I'm sorry if that got lost in translation.
