I really enjoyed Rose in this chapter.  I loved her comment that Bella had to give him permission not to feel like a perv.  Just so perfect!  Anyways, great job with the story.

*where is a tissue, when you need one?, sniff* Anyway, really emotional chapter for Bella, but there might be hope for her, that Edward comes to terms. I hope he gets the stick out of his ass, before Bella starts a new serious relationship with someone new. Althought that would teach Edward a lessen, that he took too much time to figure his feelings out.

IKR? But he's struggling too. Poor guy. Thinks he's all pervy and crushing on his sister figure. LOL But I think, now that he knows how she feels, he can start to move forward towards a relationship. Thanks for the update. I don't want to read  about her long drawn out relationship with someone else so I think the way you wrote her thing with Riley was a good approach. I hate cliffies so get on with the crumble of her reality, lol,  and Protectiveward's. He really needs to be shaken up :-)

Yes...Edward and Riley is an interesting meet, but I think it's the interaction with Bella that's most telling. :)

LOL IKR? I wouldn't have been that smooth! I'd probably panicked. I've never walked home from a date, though I did once call my next door neighbor/brother to come get me from a party. (Imagine a really nerdy Emmett showing up at a frat party...not pretty.)

I really want to know what Edward is thinking, lol. If they aren't gettting together anytime soon then I think Bella should get some decent dates/boyfriend. I hate triangles but if Edward won't bite, I don't want Bella to be alone and lonely while everybody else is having fun.

I really liked your first chapter.  I do think an Edward POV would be nice as an outtake or something like that, just so we can see if he ever noticed her and was determined to keep her in the little sister role.

Poor Bella, the guy she measures everyone against is far away and so close at the same time. At least she has Alice and now Rose who encourage her to not feel down. Rose said that four years would mean nothing later on. Bella was just thinking about things from her side, she didn't consider Rose might mean both sides... Edward's actions don't help much either. I guess we'll have to wait for the next time Edward comes into town...

Love the setup. Now I am wondering what Edward is thinking and if we will ever have EPOV? I really hope Bella does get a life. I also hope she makes Edward work for it a little, unless he has secretly been carrying a torch too but didn't want to see her that way because of the age difference and that she is practically a sister, lol. You know, I really wanted to keep it BPOV, that's what I have written it all in so far - but I'm thinking that an EPOV might be a good outtake...so it's possible. I know people are going to want to hear what he's thinking - and it's way different than what Bell's thinking, so maybe I'll work something up. :)
