I swear, all you had to do was write about Edward playing the piano in just his jeans, and I was practically panting! Wow, I feel as though I've just completed a run on The Chute myself. The view you painted was spectacular from beginning to end.
I began reading yesterday and have almost read completely through!!!! I've hurried up all my chores to make time for reading Black Diamond. You've definitely put together a perfectly told story. Just the right amount of love, respect, angst, suspense, drama -- well you know -- you wrote it!!! LOL
I must say that I fell in love with Edward when he was on the highway in the Denali. He was one of the most perfect and human Edward's I've read -- and believe me -- I've read thousands of fics. He was, for lack of a better word, perfect!!!
I enjoyed both story settings immensely - ski resort and wine country. I love the learning process regardless of the avenue!!!
I normally read on FFN but have gravitated more and more to TWCS after the great fiasco a few months ago. I've found some awesome authors and stories here.
