I agree with janjan. Trying to be nice is no excuse to allow Sirius to kiss her. With a man that persistent you have to be flat out rude in telling him no. After all which is worse, hurting a "friends" feelings or hurting your mate's feelings? I would think the mate's feeling would take presidence. How is Draco supposed to trust her now? it would be very hard to after that.
Hermoine's ability to be a doormat to the people she cares for has always irritated me. I know from personal experience that the relationship eventually reaches a point where it simply isn't worth it. Self-respect it more important.
BTW, I hate that you can't write how you want to on Fanfiction. It's not right that others can write all the smut they want but you get punished when you do. :(
Can't wait to see Sirius get put in his place. :)
