I loved this chapter, thank you! But what will happen when Bella finds out that her new birthday is Elizabeth's birthday as well and the day of Meggie's death. What will this knowledge do to all of them? What about Carlisle? Does he know or suspect which heart he transplanted? So many questions! 

I am glad thar Eme and Carlisle talk to Bella! And: Bella is such a fighter!

This is a cruel world! Within his possibilities, Edward helped them, but to all the others it just seems to be cruel and archaic. Bella is in a difficult position. She is shocked, doesn't want to carry on and must fear for herself. I fear what is to come! 

Wow! These chapters are so great! I hope Jacob won't drive a wedge between Edward and Bella. I enjoy the way their relationship blossoms! 

Charlie really cares for the people in his town, he does so much more than just his duty. I like the way you characterize him! Bella's and Edward's relationship develops.. slowly and steady. That makes it real. Thank you! 

The way yoe describe Edward and the way he tries to cope with his past is great! I love it. I'm also curious how his meetings with Jasper will turn out. Esme and Carlisle try to give him a real home. Unfortunately that is too much fo him at the moment. He must learn to trust again.

I love the way Edward asks Bella for her trust and asks her to fight with him instead of running away. But I'm curious: What is he hiding? There must be more. Will she run for the hills then or will she stay with him? And:why is Edward do afraid to share his secrets with her? I know he does not want to lose her and she is easily scared away and is one to easily jump to conclusions... yet it makes their relationship very complicated.

I'm absolutely intrigued by this story and can't wait how everything will turn out. Thank you for this fascinating plot! 

Thank you! I appreciate the way you describe the interactions between Bella and Edward. He deep ply cares for her, he gets her to talk and open up. She is still too scared to fall in love with someone bt her actions show how deeply she is moved by him.

Yet there is another hint about Edward and his net of lies and deception. I hope it won't tear them apart when it all gets into the open. And I don't know how he manages ut: he loves her, is able to cope with all her tantrums and issues, he trusts her and wants to gain her trust. Yet he keeps important secrets from her and lies to her. I'm very curious how it will all turn out! 

Wow! A great chapter! Edward is crushed, Bella is deeply hurt and confused and Esme is wonderful: warm, brilliant, motherly and full of love. I'm in awe of Bella: she decides to trust Edward to tell her all about the things he did and not to take a look at what Marcus Rose has presented her with. Bella makes a decision: she wants to put her trust into Edward, she wants to give him and their relationship a chance. We get another foreshadowing that Marcus Rose won't stop. So there is still much suspense.

I'm glad Bella gets there in time. Edward deserves to spend his life with his daughter and she needs him. Edward has to learn to deal with his grief, hurt, anger and bitterness in the long run or it will eat him alive. Perhaps Bella can assist him and help him see reason?

Poor Edward! He is stuck in hell without any possibilities to cope. He is devastated. I hope they will find his daughter alive! I hope there we I'll be hope for him. I don't want him Tu turn into a bitter yet emotionless zombie who is deeply broken and  numb to everything around him.

When will Edward break completely? 

The dream was wonderful and bitter-sweet. All Edward could ever wish for, yet terrible if taken as a foreshadowing. Edward won't be able to stand it any longer. But: they found her, not just her body. I hope Maggie is not terribly hurt or worse. I hope Edward will get his sunshine back and his life and  will not lose himself in his need for revenge.

Yes! Emmett is great! And I love that Edward calls Bella. Yes, he is in need of help but it takes courage to do so. 

This chapter is so great! I adore Bella! For her kindness, her emphatic way, her patience and her clarity. Such a strong and sensitive woman. She doesn't get irritated by Edward and helps him constantly ntly to discover his feelings and to find the strength to face them. Is there a breaking point for Bella? I hope Edward will become her strength just the way as she is his for now. 

Now it gets very clear why Bella was so adamant to get Edward to seek for professional help in therapy. She has been there herself and witnesses up to today what happens to persons who are stuck in their grief. They become lifeless and suck all of the life of the persons around them. (This may sound very harsh but it's very hard to be around a grieving person for years and not to be deeply affected by it. If you don't find a way to distance yourself you will soon feel guilty if you are happy and eventually will stop being happy yourself. You become a shell of the person you have been).

Another excellent chapter. It seems as if everything just flows, but so much happens: Edward is aware that he needs help, there are the talks between him and Rose and him and Charlie, we get to know more about Bella and Maggie sees her as part of the family... And finally: they plan their first date! 

Renee and Charlie are so considerate with Meggie, it is wonderful. It gets clear that they yearn for a child to take care for and to spoil yet they let her set the pace she is comfortable with. Perhaps Meggie will become to them what Bella is to Edward: a reason to change, to really live again. Perhaps I am really cheesy here but I would like to see for them to overcome their grief. To live aga in as a couple not just to function all alone. 

It's been a while, I'm sorry, but this story is powerful as ever. The way Bella's and Edward's relationship develops and deepens is wonderful. It is written naturally and oh so captivating. The love that they have for each other shows in the way they treat each other, that's so special! And now they have said the magic three words. Thank you for your work!

She doesn't trust him, I understand her very well. I don't think that Edward knows about Bella's feelings for him and I don't know how deep his fee3for her are at the moment. I just guess that everything will stay complicated for a long time. 

And so it begins... A proposal out of convenience. Or is it more? Bella has feelings for Edward and he remembers everything about their shared childhood. This will become very interesting soon. I'm hooked! Thank you! 

Wow! What  a beginning! And what kind of society in which this story takes place! I'm intrigued! I love the friendship between Bella and Alice and I love the way her father treats her with love and respect. I really dislike her mother and most of all her sister! But:a mother should always stand up for her child and love unconditionally. 

Oh Bella! Her self esteem is so low, she only thinks of herself in terms as ugly, disgusting, being a burden. My heart breaks for her! She is the person who cares the most in this story. She has no prejudices, she cares for the lower and the higher. That is so precious! But in this f*ed up society it does not count. Edward is still partly blinded. He believes in the rules of his society, he cannot see the injustice. But I guess there will come a turning point for him and then his point of view will change. Although I think it will take some time until we get there.

When I think of Renee, I'm just sad. She is so shallow. She wants to be somebody. That her only aim. She doesn't care for her children 's well-being. And she puts so many degrading and venomous thoughts about herself into Bella' s head. Yes, she gave birth to Bella, but she doesn't deserve to be called mother at all.

I feel bad for Edward and Bella. They have to learn to really communicate with each other. My guess is that they are in love with each other but Edward hides behind his actions and being "Bella's friend". Bella hides behind her insecurities and her strong conviction that Edward can't love her.

I like the glimpse we got of the City and I have a strong dislike of Bella's feelings towards Jacob. She is so naive, if someone tells her something nice, she believes him no matter what. I don't know if there is really something off about Jacob it makes everything more complicated between Bella and Edward.... And then there is Edward's attempt to make Bella jealous or to share time with a "Bella" who adores him. Yes, Edward is angry and frustrated but that was uncalled for. Instead of really communicating and trusting each other they keep on hurting each other. 

Esme is wonderful! Edward is strange, I just can't figure him out. I'm nervous about Jacob. Has he a hidden agenda? I love this story so much. Thank you for your update! 

I am shocked! Bella stands up for herself, is ready to face every humiliation and is sick of all the lies. And Edward? Perhaps this is his wake up call. I am astonished by Carlisle's decision. He is a just man without prejudices about station. I hope Edward will man up.
