The Bearing house, I presume is also where the young men learn how to please a woman? Just another version of a brothel under the twisted guise of taking care of the non-ritualed females.
You have left so much room for expansion. Some day you should revisit this story band round out these characters.

Thanks so much for reviewing!  My idea of The Bearing House was a place where non ritualed girls where housed and impregnated by the ruling males.  The children were then given to "Faithful" families to raise.

Emmett is off his rocker..........that was hilarious; seeing ghosts, pretending to be a ghost buster, hosing down his superior. hehehehe. Loved it!

Bella's conscious streem of thoughts, or verbal diarrhea as she refers to it, is absolutly fabulous.

Jasper and Emmett calling each other, like women do, to plan an attack on Edward is priceless. I have heard that guys talk about relationship as much or more than women do but these two take the cake. lol

Happy that the 'I Love You's' have made an appearance.

Need to get back to reading. Have I told you that I really, really am enjoying this story. If not, here it is:  I am really, really enjoying this story!

I enjoyed the interview......girly, yes, but the questsions seemed realistic enough to not want to hate Lauren and Jessica to much.

Which team members will Jessica and Lauren be set up with? This charity event may prove to be quite entertaining.

The Boys and their antics are so entertaining! Absolutely love the way Rose man handles the big burly Emmett. lol

No hate here......just a sad reminder of a call not too long ago from a friend who had to go through radiation and chemotherapy for her breast cancer.  Her husband was greatly affected as well.  They are more like family than friends so it was difficult for me and my husband to be so far away as they struggled with their emotions and the constraints placed on their family and daily routines.  Thanks God, literally, that she is now cancer free!

Tanya knew exactly what she was doing.  She saw Edwards attention was drawn away from her and not just in an amusing little side line form of preoccupation.  She saw his intent.....she could read him almost as well as he read her body language.  This was a deceitful attempt to get back at him, toy with his new interst so he would have to act; take the dominant role out of the closet and show his true colors in from of Bella.  She received the fruits of her labor, just not in the mannor she expected.  Bye-bye, to-da-lu, see ya later,  nana nana nana nana hey hey good-bye. lol  Something tells me we haven't seen the last of her though.

Edward is an enimga to me.....he started out all playful, friendly and fun; then he does this 180 and becomes all controlling on Bella.  I think I would be a bit skepical, not to mention paranoid.

Jessica could easily get Coach Jasper fired for her actions. Why was he so stupid as to taking Jessica home without another person there as verification?
At least Alice will take her place on the team more seriously from this point forward.

Wow, to twists in one chapter. Meeting Newton was a huge surprise, not to mention the missing mercenary James.
Always so much excitement.

Bella's realization that Edward is her hero and she the repeated damsel in distress has her on edge.  Maybe she wouldn't be as forward in her attempts to seduce Edward if she had not been brutely whipped and almost raped.  Her defience would tstill be intact.

Will Alice regain her repressed memories?  This seems to play into the fact she seems almost fridgid around men.  What did her Uncle do after she was returned to his care?  If she was six at the time of the dog attack and didn't go to the Hale's until she was eight, she endured his abuse for two years.

Looking forward to the down fall of the Volutri men at the hands of Edward, Emmett and Jasper.  Really want to see Carlise hook up with his love interest....Esme.

I had a very pleasant time writing this story, and especially this epilogue, but I never reached enough people to get me motivated to write a sequel to this story.

Nadia may be the link to Edward's past, but Bella won't abuse that trust between EdRoar and his staff.
He is losing the battle with Bella and doesn't even know it. She is working in confines of his own rules and still seems to get him to break. If ever so slightly.
He's right, she just might be the Wolf.

They have a unique passion for life. Just on opposite end of the spectrum but if you see the world as round, their is a side to each of them that is very nearly touching.

I'm surprised and impressed that Bella took her own advise to not morn the the loss of something you never had. Wonderful idea, difficult to do sometimes.
The forshadowing you mentioned.....is it about the trial or does it have to do with Peggy's safety? Either situation may cause Bella to experience her own fears coming back.
I can't remember if Bella's house arrest is from the party or out of caution due to the problems with Newton, Jessica and James' knocked up ex-girlfriend (Victoria's little sister).
Edward should have used better timing. He is about to get his head ripped off. Respectful discourse may not be the first thing on Bella's mind right now.
Love the family fun and witty reparte.
Rose is right; she, Bella and Alice will be just like Didyme, Jane and Esme in twenty years.

B&E had already had a discussion about her not being out alone...it was in front of Charlie and Bella sort of agreed...soooo ...yes Edward's timing was bad but she kept going on-and-on about her plans and i think Edward just couldn't listen to her anymore ...lol...

I have had this story book marked for quite some time now.  Happy to finally get the chance to read it.

Jake and Leah are so good together........Leah has Bella's back and Jacob is the big over protective brother.  They obviously have kept Bella intact since her unfortunate pairing with James. The center for abused women is a wonderful feature of this story.  Carol seems like a great team mate for Bella.  Does Carol have a similar history of abuse?

Carlisle to the rescue, glad he is joining the team.

Hope Bella feels safe in Edwards company, enough to continue sharing her sad story.

Edwards face gives the appearance of being distant of upset when he is, as you say, overthinking.  This will send anyone the wrong message.

So, the whole hot tub scene.....did the girls set Edward up with her enticing strip tease? Poor Edward must tread carefully. Will this be a slow burn or are things going to heat up, hahahah, quickly?

Bella is really progressing in her role as a submissive......she related two previous punishments in her assessment of siutations that should now be common place in her submission to Edward; phone on all the time and her eating habits.

Having a family member walk in on any display of your physical relationship with your partner is embarassing.  The fact that Edward had such a huge smirk on his face should have made Bella feel even more self conscious. 

The tasks Edward has set for Bella are not hard just sometimes a daunting task to focus on.  Long term goals seem a bit easier due to the fact that everyday decisions lead you to the ultimate goal in a gradual fashion.  Short term goals need to be sought after, pushed for; passionate persuit of a desired object or situation.  Interested in reading what her short term goals will be.

If you love someone sooooo much why would you allow them  the means of destruction or create situations that hurt themselves possible beyond repair?  She is still so new to this lifestyle that his expecations and actions are so over the top, some times it doesnt seem as proper instruction but more of a knee jerk reaction.  I understand his inability to punish her due to her history is a major roadblock but she seems to respond better to discussion, hashing out her thoughts. 

She will slowly pick up on the lock-down.  Can't wait for that to surface.

I am very surprised that Edward had not previously been involved in a conversion regarding the female cycle with a former sub. Seems like a normal time frame to maneuver around.

He would have had no reason to concern himself with that detail - they came and went only spending 2 nights in his house at a time and the women he played with - didn't stay over at all - they were just casual play partners ...nothing that would require personal attention to their normal cycles ....

I'm proud of both E&B for making the effort during the fruit pebbles discussion as D/s. Using the situation as a proper time of reasoning out their status. Not abusing their partnership but stepping back to analyse each others responses. All but Bella's outburst from guilt. Her decision to treat the children was mutually respectful.
Very excited about the ring and Edward asking for Charlie's blessing. Glad Jake knows.
Mike and Jessica are MIA, car tampering, dozens of photos deposited in Bella's car; the grounding is understandable.

I understand Bella's need to take baby steps in the direction of telling her father and officer Hawks the truth about James raping her. My reservations would be if they could really put him away for life? Would Karen come after Bella form having her kids father locked up? Side question: does Vicky know about Evan?
If Officer Hawks is communicating with Charlie, wouldn't he be aware of the connections with Newton and Edward's Uncle?
Well I'm sure James will make his presence known soon enough.

A few splashes of color added to a room and it seems to draw opinions out of everyone around the happy couple. Carlisle is genuinely happy and Alice lost her head for way to long. I'm of the mind set, as a few other readers are, that Alice is pregnant again. Because 'spoiled brat' is no excuse for that unbelievable outburst.

Leah's photo shoot should render some amazing images. Edward's will be pleasantly surprised at his gift. Is Leah finally grasping the dedication and devotion E&B have to each other and to their lifestyle?
Jacob can be so humorous in his reactions.

Have you ever gone someplace and it is never changed...not one this is ever differant ... My mother-in-law lived in the same house for 35 years, I know her 32 years, in all those years the only thing that had ever changed was once when she bought a new couch, the nick nacks sat in the same place they always did, the TV remote in the same place, nothing was ever changed or added, not a pillow or a blanket - nothing - so when something was changed - becasue maybe someone was there or she just didn't get to put something away, you picked it out right away...that's what happened at Edward's ....for 1 he's a man, homey touches are just not their thing.... 2 he's a minimalist... i would wager to guess that most of the furniture is there becasue his mother and sister said he needed it.. and lastly -3 the whiite cleaness of the house went with his personality, white walls, dark leather furniture - so something so differant as Mosaic and red wicker or colorful blankets...that's  big change for those who are not use to seeing it ... but it also shows (as Carlilse said) the change in Edward...

Bella's subconscious seems to be logically cataloging the levels of pain and intensity during play-time. It then replays it for her, allowing the comparison to James method of punishment. She has yet to acknowledge she understands the difference and enjoys to level of give and take that Master and sub are achieving. Creating a stronger desire to push for more. There is no way to describe or rationalize her needs other than to say, she has always been a submissive. James simply abused her nature and brutilized her body out of a leacherous need to take what didn't belong to him.
Glad next chapter is up. I can't figure out who the chaparone could be. Thought maybe Charlie.......

These two are rather competitive; I'm sure another wager will allow Bella to receive her sugar cereal. Haha
The spanking in front of Bella's new play pal Douglas should be an interesting experience for her. Another boundary to push.

Every aspect of activity moved each of the featured characters towards the answers we are dying to know.
There is definitely something amiss with the information regarding Phil's family and his estate. Could Caius be Phil's father?
How will Bella feel about training Quil and Claire?
The white van seems to be another over looked clue.
The men walking in on the girls demonstration was funny.

So I'm guessing Tanya has put her masters at risk. Is Bella correct in presuming James will target Eleazar and his wife, Carmen? Edward's connection to Bella has incorporated another twisted facet to this unraveling mess.
Hope Peggy keeps a clear head and listens to Bella and her current guardians.

I thought the face to face argument between Alice and Edward was self explanatory. Alice is a spoilt girl who thinks her opinion is of higher value than it actually is. Putting on airs demanding respect that has not been earned. The fact that she is not privy to Bella's complete history has entitled Alice to make up these over exaggerated ideas of Bella's intent to harm Edward. This is more than pregnancy hormones. And the audacity to accuse Bella of changing her menstrual cycle causing an unexpected pregnancy has me floored.
She has fallen victim to the position of elitist snob!

I do like this story very much. A young Bella that has already experienced so much loss and a determined Edward just coming into his own.
Alice is also very determined to land her man.

I'm so intrigued by all the suspense, speculation and mystery.
We have yet to meet the private investigator that is holding a grudge.
Our heroine is in trouble as she is being stalked.
She has a failed relationship, or is that marriage?
Jasper is her brother but yet he holds a secret job. Their father is a high level politician.
Jacob is her business partner. She has a secret regarding her sexual preferences and desires.
Does Alice reside in New York where Bella used to?

I had a feeling that the stocker would show his colors in front of Mr Cullen.
Edward now finds himself in a different predicament, his original intention was to take down Bella's brother but now he has another directive and that is to protect her from danger.
Will Edward find himself somehow working hand-in-hand with Jasper to keep Isabella safe even though he loathes him?

Does Jasper know that Edward was Bella's next job detail? Was he made aware of this fact before he had to leave town?
How does Jacob factor into Isabella safety net?
Are Emmett and Rosalie and item yet?
Edward referenced dropping out of college or university as it were, and failing at his military career; what did he do or is that why Jasper is involved in the events that started this whole grudge match?
