There are times when I'm reading this, especially at the beginning where I'm jarred by the change in tone or maybe flow of the story. It's subtle, but it's there. Also, please correct me if I'm wrong but psychiatrists only prescribe the medication whilst psychologists perform the active counseling with the possibility of prescribing medication depending on their training.

Those are just small things that stood out to me as I've found and read this beginning to now in a few short days, it seems like you've found a steady tone/voice/flow at this point. All my feelings follow.

So good that I couldn't stop reading. This is beautiful. Beautifully written with beautifully full characters, full of depth, full of something so tangible that it aches. I am grateful that this is a story that I can read. Your talent, skill, and joy of writing is plain to see in every word. I love that there's a real relationship here, something with roots. It's not borne of fantasy and mystical frivolities, at least not in its entirety. These characters are people I know, people who I want to be in some ways. I've read a great many fanfiction and while each one holds an enjoyment, very few manage to make me feel just as immersed, drawn in, and captured as if I were reading an original story complete with characters who I need to, and want to, meet. 

I am very much looking forward to whatever is next for these unmistakably beautiful and artfully crafted characters. 

Great story, that wasn't a pairing I really considered, nor was it who I would expect to be the dominant one.

This update came on my bday! And Bella isn't being selfish, that's a reasonable request.

I hope she punches him in the face. It didn't happen last time, but this is a better Bella and she deserves to land on solid punch that puts him on his ass. Then... well she can forgive him.

I really do like all the changes, I will say that the beginning of the story felt more rushed than in the previous version, but I get that the focus of the story is now and not when she was younger.

The first time I read this story, I was able to forgive Edward, to see his side and say, "I get it. Okay. Give me a few chapters.", but this time around I have gone through my own heartbreak where my trust and confidence were broken, where relationships that could've gone somewhere were infected. I still have those scars on my heart, and despite being with someone who is going to stick it out with me no matter what, I still feel that pain every day. Thing is I tried a do-over with the person who left me with these scars and it just couldn't work. So while I understand Edward, and my real life Edward, there's no forgiving this pain. I've let lots of things go and have moved on, and I still love my Edward with so much of me, but somethings cannot be forgiven. 

TMI? But you also asked so... anywho great chapter, and I think Becca is a wonderful character that always offers the right perspective. Characters that function as a protagonist's conscience are always the most interesting to me and say the most about the protagonist than backstory can. 

I guess some fluff is on the horizon along with a taste of the kind if angst that goes with broken trust and long distance? Can't wait.

The relationship between Vharlie and Renee is so sad. Well all the relationships in that household are dysfunctional and sad. I'm really excited about this rewrite, now let's go party with Bella!

Well I'M mad he ruined the surprise, I was looking forward to that.

Tbh, I'm torn on Esme, life means she can suffer, suffer from loneliness, prison abuse that goes with others finding out how awful her crimes were (studies show that human traffickers, rapists, etc. receive the worst abuse of all other prisoners), suffer from having to face herself, suffer from many many things, but life means that people of Seattle would have to pay to keep her. Their taxes would go to keeping someone so awful and vile alive, or even protected from other inmates if the abuse became too bad, and even worse she can plot escape and probably succeed and reek havoc once again. Where do you draw the line on who deserves to die and who doesn't? At what point is deciding the plans of the cosmos okay? In the end weighing all the pros and cons of each option the death sentence is probably best for all the innocent that are or would become involved, including giving peace of mind to her victims. 

Anyways, great chapter! I'm proud of Edward.

Again I think death would've been better for many reasons, yet life in many ways is more humane. It was an interesting chapter, Edward is obviously still not over things; he's using sex which is unhealthy no matter the intention behind it.

Do we get that 'story for another time'? I think this story was a nice ride! Thanks for writing and sharing (:

Hi! I just found this story and I think it's a cool story. I think it could benefit from having beta, but that being said the story is pretty fun and I'd like to see the cumulation of this tale. I hope you're still working on it. 

I pray neither of them taped it. How could Angela knowingly date a rapist, and how could Alice knowingly let her best friend do so? While Alice has a few screws loose, the fact that ALL rapes committed by Ben were filmed (right?) then it couldn't have been them. 

Hm, I'm conflicted on this story. There's a lot of things that I think Phil and the WTF group are doing wrong, and for a medical professional to not notice all of the previous cuts on her arm annoyed me to no end. Cutters are never trying to kill themselves and the fact that everyone ignored that still bothers me especially because that's a separate issue that has to be addressed. Cutters don't get better just because an issue is fixed, cutters still cut under duress if they don't learn proper coping mechanisms to avoid that feeling. I know because I know cutters. It's just like an addiction. It has to get addressed. Constantly pushing someone that's a cutter to talk with supplying other ways for them to cope will lead to them cutting more and potentially accidentally killing themselves how Bella almost did. In terms of realism she'd still be cutting, maybe even after all these sessions she's forced into. 

Another thing that I find traumatizing is the way they ganged up on her, and how she has no alone time. Regardless of everything, people in therapy (including in patients) recieve ample alone time to process and work through things themselves, it sounds like she rarely has that. How can I be mad at her for lack of growth or willingness when she doesn't even get proper space to breathe. This girl also hasn't properly grieved her parents and still another medical professional hasn't picked up on that? There's a lot to unpack in the situation that is Bella's trauma, but no one is working with her on grief counseling either...

I obviously read this straight through, so those are all my thoughts up til this point on what doesn't make sense to me. Especially being someone who has worked with and knows these types of people on both sides of the coin. However, I think this is a great story. I enjoy your writing style. Is it new? It seems like you kinda firmly found your footing in it after the first few chapters. If I'm right congrats it really seems to suit you. I can easily imagine the pictures you're painting. I also think that overall these kinds of stories aren't told, so big kudos to you for the effort and dedication to tell one like this.

I hate combative Edward lol, but I love that Alice isn't extremely pushy in this story! I feel like a lot of authors would've done the opposite. I love Jasper with Bella, he's so kind. I feel like he'd be the perfect one to address the cutting if you decide to listen to my critique. And oh gosh, I hope Emmett is the next counselor she's paired with. I think he'd be great for her in general. He's so open and free as a character that I think it would spark something in anyone; Bella could use a spark.
