She has no freedom - not even the ability to walk in the garden. If Edward isn't careful, she will stop thriving to live completely. As it is, she's certain she will be imprisoned in the palace full time, unloved, unconsidered, ordered about and force yet - living a lie for someone else's benefit. I've just started reading this story I'm enjoying it so far. I do wish that Edward would realize his actions, though different have the same effect that his grandfather's. They both treat Bella like an object not a person. I get why Edward forced Bella into the public eye. He likes her, but doesn't like that she saw how he treats women in public. To show her the media often misleads a situation, he forced her into to one. He knows they are going to be painted a loving, picture perfect couple. This way Bella is forced to see things aren't always as they seem. Still want him to realize how unfair and cruel they are being to Bella. I don't want him to have the upper hand in this. I can't wait to see how Bella finally gets through to him.
