So I just finished "My Happy Ending?" and I was so impressed I went to see what else you had written. I went for this one since you posted the teaser in MHE. I usually don't start reading works in progress but since I found MHE on the recently updated page and you posted about starting this on one of your later chapters I figured you were currently working on it. Then I got to the end of this I went to favorite it and noticed that you haven't updated since 2010! I'm crushed! Please tell me that since you posted something (edits?) to MHE that you're taking this back up!!

Hi! I am going to give this another go, I'm almost done editing the chapters so far, and hope to have another chopter up soon... on both of my stories. I'm not sure why MHE was on the recently updated, I haven't read it since I finished it; I probably should edit it though, it was so long ago that I wrote it! Thanks for reading! Meoooow. This is just my personal opinion because, to be honest, I find SM's Edward to be a spineless jellyfish stuck upon his egotistical arogance. I think Bella needs to kick him to the curb and just have some fun with Jasper. *stage whispers* 'Cause Jasper is just chock full o' yumminess, no? ;)
I like this thus far and totally dig the UST between Bella and Jasper.

I am totally in love with Edward - but I completely agree with you! He's spineless and too carefull ... now Jasper?! He's just ... urgh!!
I love the sexual tension as well ... and me and my beta had a kinda chat about whether to change it to a J/B story ... becuase, well, I love him! I was thinking of asking out with the next chapter who wanted her to be with who...

Very despressing...or maybe it was because I was listening to "Heavy in Your Arms" by Florence and the Machine while reading this. I can understand Bella changing she is after all damaged but an underlying persons defining personality should still be there, I guess that is her reference to Bella being locked away proves that. But she can't stay locked up forever sh needs to merge with the new Bella or pieces of her will always be missing and she will never be able to move forward with Jake or Edward.
She needs to realize that Jake is not the sun he is a shadowy representation of happiness manufactured out of what she sees ad his desires and personality and not hers. Obviously you can see I'm and Edward lover all the way, but he is the right choice, Jake will never amke her happy it would be a borrowed happiness, which she cannot repay. Jasper should be able to fell what she is doing to herself and help her and Edward.
OK I'm off my soap box now, seems like you touched my inner twisted psychologist...now I;m miserable that Bella and Edward are going to go their separate ways....god I'm pathetic!!
So kudos on BRILLIANT writing, great way to tie the readers up in knots!!!!!

OK lock Bella and Edward in a room together neither gets out until they have sworn their undying love for each other, "deflowered" each other and are ready for Alice to plan a wedding.
Then shoot Jake so he can't get in the way and just being a general pain in the ass. In other words hell yeah get Edward and Bella back together ASAP!!!!!!! The yes I do, no you don't, angst drives me nuts and I want to slap them both up the back side of the head...great now you have me talking about fictional characters like their real, must be a sign of exceptional writing!
Just in case you didn't guess I don't like the dog, and anyone that loves Edward the way Bella does would never entertain the idea of a relationship beyond friendship with Jacob, the triangle never made sense to me.

Ahh...this was really well written, the pain is very evident and Bella seems to be still mentally devoted to Edward. But the relationship with Jacob is more than I anticipated and I have never liked the dog and that whole triangle that SM envisioned just seemed wrong.
But this is only the first chapter and I will continue to read because your writing is so well done, and you create incredibily vivid scenes.

Don't worry, Bella and Jake will not last ... well this part of their relationship anyway ... it is an Edward/Bella story and there will not be a love triangle, 'cuz that shit annoyed me too. So you don't need to worry about that.. it gets better in the next chapter.
