Was it an arrangedment like Edward had with Jessica? Was Edward sleeping with other people? We know Tanya offered to bow him. I think Bella has made up her mind:-)

Yes, Edward picked up a naked Bella. No he had never seen her before, but he was able to concentrate more on her than he state of undress. He will actually talke to her about that later (she will bring it up). Mike calls her frigid because that is what Karen Newton called her, it was just her perception after having a gun pointed at her. Mike and Bella's relationship was not an arrangement...Bella actually thought she loved him. turns out she was wrong, obviously since she wasn't all that hurt with the cheating revelation. Edward was not sleeping with other people. I will actually cover that in a future chapter. You're right also, Bella has made up her mind.
