It's good that Alice is taking responsibility for her actions with Jasper and their resulting effect on Bella and Edward's relationship, but I agree with Edward that he and Bella are responsible for not pursuing a relationship. I also don't think Alice should try to push Bella to change their relationship back to what it was before. She needs to accept it for what it is and be there for her friend. Bella forgave her and she doesn't owe her anything more.
I hope Bella doesn't have any brain damage or amnesia. I love how Edward is leaning on his religion to help him through these hard times.

I loved how Edward focused Charlie on talking to Bella and then broke down himself. It was nice of Charlie to make sure Edward could stay with Bella in her room and to arrange Rose to tell him.
I can't believe Alice is hoping to use this situation to mend her fences with Bella rather than just being there for her friend.

I loved this chapter.
Bella does not mince words and Liam overplayed his hand. That was a great confrontation. I'm glad that she didn't go after him to stay.
I liked Edward's discussion with Heidi too and I was laughing out loud at Esme's response to his apology to her. Heidi wore out her welcome with her tantrum about Bella. I don't know who Heidi thought she was talking to, but I'm glad he told her to pack her bags so he could take her to the airport. I also liked that he didn't lift a finger to help her get her luggage into the car.
It was great that Bella texted him about Liam leaving and asked him to pick her up after dropping off Heidi. I am glad Bella is transfering to U-Dub, but I would think she could attend the same school as Edward since they're both studying to get into the medical field.

It's too bad Bella and Edward lost touch, though I'm glad he contacted her before they went home, so she would know about him bringing his girlfriend. Liam seems a little jealous and possessive in wanting Edward to know Bella was bringing him. Didn't he hear her say Edward was bringing his girlfriend? Geez.
I had to laugh at Bella and Liam running into Edward and his girlfriend at the grocery store. Yeah, Liam and Heidi didn't like that reunion at all. LOL. It looks like Bella reached her limit with Liam's possessive behavior. I look forward to that confrontation.

It's a shame that because of what Jasper and Alice did neither Bella or Edward are willing to admit their feelings for each other. That's sad and now both of them are going off to different schools where they are going to meet new people and have new experiences, while their feelings for each other sit on the back burner.
It was nice to see Bella's nod to Rose, showing that she needed the distance because she hasn't forgiven them completely after all. I'm glad that Bella has Rose to lean on.

Alice just had to push when Jazz told her to leave Bella alone. That's a shame. She might not have left the camping trip so soon. I am glad Bella had her say about what happened. Though, it did seem too quick for Bella to forgave them completely.
I liked that we got to see that Edward is attracted to Bella, even if he was afraid to do anything about it because of how things ended between Jasper and her.

Now I know this is typical teenage fanfare and great story drama, but I was surprised Alice and Jasper did this to Bella and that Edward tried to defend it as a mistake. I know Edward is trying to help and that Alice and Jasper didn't intentionally try to hurt Bella, but someone should have told Bella that it's ok to feel hurt that her friends betrayed and humiliated her like this and that the others knew.
It also didn't matter that they weren't in love. Jasper still should have been a friend and been honest and upfront with Bella about his feelings for her and for Alice. As for Alice, she was Bella's first friend there and the one who introduced them all. That really had to hurt that she would do this to her. I hope Bella isn't so quick to forgive either of them.

I'm liking this story a lot. Just as a little FYI, you can't go to med school straight out of high school. You have to complete a four year bachelor's degree, then four years of med school, then a residency.

They aren't just out of high school. They have been in college for four years. At the time of the accident they have ALL graduated from college. I'm aware of the time that it takes for med school, but I am also writing fiction so I took some creative liberty here in order for the story to work. Thanks for reading.
