Parachute is up for three Walk of Fame Awards: Angst Goddess, Queen of Hearts and Story of the Year. It's up against some major big ones like University of Edward Masen, Master of the Universe and Emancipation Proclamation, so I don't hold any expectation other than getting squashed like a bug. I am also up for three writing awards as well: Rising Starlet, Hopelessly Devoted and Musical Maestro.

I would adore winning the Hopelessly Devoted award. It's for the one writer that you know you can always count on. I think I've proven to you guys over and over that I'm "hopelessly devoted" to you, with the weekly updates and review replies to each and every reviewer. Parachute ~ Chapter 36 Teaser:

Bella stood, drenched head to toe, in the middle of her front lawn. Hot tears streamed down her face as the chilly rain pelted her skin. Her mouth was open slightly in shock, as she gazed down with wide eyes at the man she loved more than life itself. Edward's hopeful, joyous face grinned up at her from his stance on one knee. The ring held in his hand was a single brilliant diamond that was simple, yet elegant.

"Isabella Swan, I have been captivated by you since the moment I first laid eyes on you. That love only grew and expanded as I got to know you and saw first hand what a wonderful mother you are to our son. Forever could never be long enough for me, to feel like I've had long enough with you. Marry me?"

She covered her mouth and let out a sob, before throwing her arms around him and shouting, "Yes!"

They fell together, a mass a limbs and lips, their hearts beating both beating wildly. He pulled away slightly and pushed a lock of rain-saturated hair from her face.

"Let's go inside, please. I don't want you to catch a cold."

When they stood, his eyes were drawn to her white shirt, now completely plastered against her bare breasts, her nipples hard and straining against the fabric. His hand reached out to brush against her breast, causing her to become self conscious and cross her arms across her chest. She laughed lightly and nodded her head towards the house.

"Come on, let's get dry."

Edward let out a loud guffaw. "I'd rather keep you wet, love."

His hands wrapped around her waist and he pulled her back to his chest as they tumbled into the house. Sopping wet clothes soon littered the foyer floor and hands roamed greedily.

"Where is our bedroom?" he asked huskily, sweeping her into his arms.

Victoria POV Outtake ~ "In the End" teaser:

I won't ever be remembered for my common sense. I know most of you hate me and I'm fine with that. I deserve it. I was a bad, bad girl. For those of you who don't know my story, I'll start at the beginning.

My mother married my father for his money and power. When she'd finally had enough, she left and took half of his net worth, including me. He never seemed to mind. He sent an obscenely large support check once a month, but it always felt like a buy-off. Once he re-married and began a family with his new wife, our interactions were even fewer. Who knows how I would have turned out if he had made more of an effort? He's just as much to blame for my upbringing as my mother is. He knew how she was, yet he still didn't lift a finger to keep me.

Once again, I want to say thank you so much for all of the love and adoration that you guys have given to me and Parachute! People are going to get tired of hearing me say how much in awe I am of my readers and their giant hearts, but it's so very true! This story wouldn't have been nowhere near as good as it was nor had the kind of response that it had without my loyal and fuckawesome Verucas! (Heh, haven't heard that in awhile, have we?) I am prostrate at your feet. (Not to be confused with prostate, lol) I owe you all so very much!

Teaser from Rabbit Heart Chapter 1:

The streets were eerily empty as the girl stealthily slipped out of the Beverly Hills house, although one could quite easily exchange the term mansion in its stead. Her shoulders were hunched as she made sure her hood was firmly covering her blond hair, her back laden with only an over-stuffed backpack and a guitar case. She needed to escape quickly, unseen, and today was the best time to make that happen. It was just after eleven pm, on Christmas Eve and there was practically no movement on Santa Monica Boulevard. She traveled on foot for almost three miles before coming across a cab running on the desolate streets.

She quickly stowed her meager possessions in the backseat before climbing inside.

"The nearest Greyhound station, please," she requested as softly as she could, but still within the driver's hearing range.

The older man glanced at her in the rear view mirror. If he thought anything was off about the way she kept her face hidden, he made no mention of it.

"Heading home for the holiday, sweetie?"

"Something like that," she murmured, staring out of the window and watching the lights pass by. They reached their destination in just under fifteen minutes and she handed him a $50 bill.

Thanks again for the outstanding and wonderful reviews!  We are so excited and happy to have you all on board with us for this journey and we sure hope that you all continue to love and praise the story the way that you do.  I know that you all learned some rather interesting pieces of information in the puzzle we call His Cimmerian View.  I bet a lot of you have more questions than you are asking.  But to answer a few of the questions that don’t take away from future story line here you go.  Yes it is possible that Tanya and Sue are the one in the same, but do remember that Tanya Denali was positively identified by dental records.  Some are asking if Sue could be Edward’s long lost mother... I guess that is a thought, but the age thing would be difficult to swallow.   Sue could very well be masquerading as Bella and trying to get her hands on the money that has been left to her both from her mother’s Estate and her grandfather’s.  Wow more of you seem to be worried about who might have their hand on Edward’s shoulder than much else, so I will relive you of that stress, it is in fact Carlisle.  Between this chapter and the BPOV on EHCV we have had many question how Harry/James could have gotten into Bella’s apartment after Aro did all the security measures, and I assure you that his ability to get into the apartment will be answered, just have faith in us, and you will see.  Lots of new things will come out in the next chapter as well and unfortunately you are all going to hate us, because it will be ending in a cliffhanger as well.  In the next chapter we will get to see Edward come face to face with Harry though... insert evil laugh... but at least I am showing you the teaser from that meeting!  I am excited about the ending of the story; however we will not update any faster than we currently are.  I am working on chapter 28 and Nikky is on chapter 29.  At this rate we are going to be pushing to keep up with the schedule of posting each week.  No I am not saying we will not post, but I am saying we will at this point be sticking to the every Thursday posting.   If you haven’t yet, go check out Enduring His Cimmerian View... the Bella POV chapter is posted.  We will not be adding any chapters to EHCV, until we have the main story cracked out of HCV.  Thank you for being some of the best readers and reviewers out there and for loving this story we are sharing with you all.  Kasi (&Nikky)

Chapter 26 teaser...subject to changes during Beta process.
All of it; I mean, this mother fucker broke Seth’s arm.  I close my eyes, and when I open them again, I see nothing but him. Without even thinking about what I’m doing; I hit the fucker as hard as I can.  I just keep hitting him until I feel someone pull me back. With the rage still blinding me, I knock whoever it is off of me and hit Harry again. 

Suddenly, I feel a lot more people dragging me back. I feel a sting on my face, and I look around to see Aro shaking his head.  Garrett has his arms wrapped around my waist, Felix is holding my left arm, and Emmett is on my right; I have no clue when he got here. Standing right in front of me is Jane. 

“Jane, I don’t think you needed to slap him,” Aro says as he walks over to us.  That fucking bitch slapped me! 

“He was out of it, and it brought him back didn’t it?  Besides that, I get to do the beating up around here,” she huffs, walking away from me to bend down and look at Harry.  I look down as well, noticing that I knocked the fucker out. I can’t help but grin about it.  “Wipe that look off your face! You broke some of his ribs and his nose; that’s my job, Assward!”  Jane jumps up and walks over to her bag. She brings out some jars and sets them in a line on the desk.

“Eh...what the hell is in those jars?” Emmett asks as he gives me a look to ask if I’m alright.  I nod and the three of them release me.

Well hello to our faithful readers and reviewers.  It is hard to believe that this story will be coming to a close in just about five to seven more weeks.  Yeah chapter 27 posts next week, 28 is written and off to the start of the beta’s (yes more than one) process.  I am working on 29 and Nikky is kicking behind on her part of 30.  After 30 is written there will be either 2 to 5 more chapters.  Jess2002 threw a monkey wrench into chapter 29 for us, and I was actually shocked she asked for the thing she asked for.  I will not leak the info on what she said we needed to do, but man alive it does give a nice twist.  (LIKE WE NEED MORE?) twists that is...LOL.  Okay so you got quite a bit of the mystery settled on the real Tanya Denali.  I never lied to you , when I assured you all that Tanya Denali was in fact dead and buried.  I also stated many times that the toddler found in the burnt house with Tanya Denali was in fact the child she gave birth to.  Neither of those statements was untrue.  I never said that he was in fact Edward’s, just that he was in fact Tanya’s.  You will get to hear more about good old Uncle Harry again, but trust me when I say that he will be quit forthcoming on the information.  Jane has incredible ways to make assholes talk.  Many of you want to see Jane get her hands on Sue, and well I will not say if that happens or not, you will have to wait and see.  Sue and her bullshit are not yet complete and I will say this, she makes an appearance in more than one chapter upcoming.  She is quite sly, like a fox.  We are both so excited to see what you are all thinking.  I know that this was a lot to take in with the double identities.  I want to assure you all that everything written so far was all part of the original plan, chapter 29 will be the first deviation from our starting outline.  We hope that you all continue to enjoy and read and review this story, because it is nice to hear how much you like, love, or hate parts of it.  We are amazed that we have written a story that is garnering so much emotion from our readers.  Thank you for all you say in your reviews, they really mean the world to us!  Kasi (&Nikky)   

Teaser for chapter 27: Subject to changes during final beta process

I look at Bella and Alice sitting there on the floor.  Alice is in front of Bella holding her arms while Bella is shaking and crying.  I walk toward them, both seeming to have missed Emmett and me coming in the room.

“He’s going to hate me... they are all going to hate me. What should I do?  This is so big. I... I didn’t know. I swear I didn’t know.  Why…why would she lie about that?  I did everything they ever asked.  I never questioned them. She could have told me. I would’ve still loved them, I do still love them.  Why?  I... it’s not fair, Alice.” Bella’s hand goes to her hair, and she begins to grip and pull at it. 

“Bella, please calm down.  I’m not sure I fully understand what you’re talking about, but Edward loves you very much, and he knows you; he will trust you, I’m sure...”

As I move forward, Alice stops talking and turns to me. This makes Bella look up at me, too.  She looks broken and scared.

“Bella Baby,” I say, holding my arms out to her. Instead of coming to me like I’d hoped, she shakes her head.

“You’re going to hate me, but I swear I didn’t know.  I thought that... I thought I was the best for them. I didn’t know really. I swear didn’t know.   If I had, I would’ve looked for you, I swear.  Mom and Harry couldn’t have done or said anything that would’ve stopped me from finding you.  If I knew, I would have made sure that they were where they belonged.  I would have been punished, but I would have taken it happily knowing that they were safe and loved.  I am so sorry.” I look at her, seeing her hurting, and I hurt too because she is still putting herself last.  “Your son, Edw...” She cuts off mid-sentence and begins to wail.

As things are winding to a close Nikky and I wanted to take this opportunity to say that we are very grateful for all of your reviews and the time you put into reading our story.  Our next plans are to work on the several POV’s that you have all asked for.  The Jane POV will for certain be the next POV chapter we post. 
As for the next story we plan to write, well Nikky has this uncanny ability to get a tiny idea and go freaking CRAZY with it and so now she has already hammered out a decent start on a new story...  AND what a story it will be... How about a story of a virginella who loves to dance, and an olderward who lives in the BDSM lifestyle – we know been done before right?  Yeah well knowing us... do you really think it won’t have a few twists?  Besides as wonderful as we write bad guys, you know you can’t wait to see what kind of crazy this will bring on.  This BDSM story will of course have SEX in it, but it will not be all about sex, nor will the next chapter of HCV. 
A couple people have mentioned that they hope the whole next chapter is not just full of a bunch of sex acts, and honestly HCV has never been about a bunch of sex acts.  Yes there have been some explicit scenes in the story, especially regarding Edward when he was attending the club, but this story has never needed sex to be readable... and our next story will be the same way.  We also have a stalker story on the burner, and the BDSM may turn into a really big drabble or one-shot.  Either way you’ll be seeing MUCH more from Nikky and me. 
I am also writing a story with Jess that will start posting fairly soon under the name JessAndTAT that will be called Bases Loaded. 
I don’t think that there are any loose ends yet to tie up, other than Rose, and you will learn more about her in the Epilogue.  If there is something else you want to know let us know right away and we will get it answered and or addressed in the Epilogue.

Teaser for Chapter 34: Subject to changes during Beta process.
I look at Bella who is sound asleep, in bed.  I smile pushing her hair from her face. I rented us a villa and we haven’t left the bedroom for longer than half hour all weekend. I know that things will change today.  She still has no clue about where we are.  I chuckle remembering the car ride here and how she looked around trying to work it out.  All she knows is that we are still in America.

My phone beeps I pick it up and read the text, seeing that my first surprise will be here in just over an hour.  I get out of bed head to the kitchen to make Bella breakfast in bed.  I play music as I fry her eggs and bacon, being really careful of my delicate parts, since I’m not exactly dressed.  Ha, the naked chef has nothing on me.  Once breakfast is ready I head back with a try and place it on the bedside table.

“Baby it’s time to get up,” I whisper in her ear. 

I watch her smile as she stretches and wakes up.  “Hmm, no – to tired.  Come back to bed and cuddle with me, or better yet help me wake up the good way – like you did around three this morning.”

I chuckle shaking my head at her, but stop to kiss her before speaking.  “As much as I would love to take you again baby, over and over – I can’t right now.  I have a surprise for you and you need to eat your breakfast and get washed before it arrives.  Because once it’s here I’ll be taking you out for the day and you will finally know where exactly we are at.”

She opens her eyes wide and smiles at me.  “You got me a surprise?”

I love the idea of Charlie and Tanya together.  I promise, I won't leave poor Edward out in the dark for long, although he won't technically "remember" her. 

I'm afraid I'm updating as fast as I can. Although the story is fully written, it's still being betad and edited and that takes time.
