Okay, I'm typically pretty 'quiet' since between kids and life I barely have time to keep up with my reading, but I just had to let you know the following lines are some of the best, funniest things I've read in ages!

"... it would be awfully rude if I told her that I'm not sure she is even tall enough to reach Emmett's butt in the first place.  Should I offer her a step stool?"

Great job keeping her in the characterization you've given while letting her subtle humor shine.  This incarnation of Bella is smart, strong in her own way, and unbelievably charming.

The final line was adorable.  This is one of the stories I get so excited about whenever I see a new chapter up.  The charming innocence of it is enchanting and I am always left feeling a little bit happier after reading.

Emmett's response was very mature and controlled.  Far more so than most guys his age would offer in a similar situation.  Rose's handling of things was obviously poorly done, but I am glad to see her trying to work through it now and attempting to make amends.

I actually found the panic attack realistic.  One of the identifying factors of panic attacks is their unpredictability and being triggered out of the blue that way by unanticipated stimulus.  Edward's was of helping Bella open up to the possibility of counseling was sensitive and thoughtful.  I loved it.  He is so very there for her and that makes him even more appealing.

"I knew he loved his hair but..."  Best line in the entire chapter.  It was a close run thanks to the guy wanting his taquitos (Yum, btw), but this one definately won out.  Another great laugh-fest.

I liked watching her thought processes throughout this chapter.  The flow of her thoughts was very fluid and natural... very realistic.  Great job on that!  You didn't make her silly nor is she overly brash and aggressive.  Bella's 'every girl' way of behaving was what made her character so appealing and accessible in the original stories; it's nice to see you maintaining that important trait.  You mentioned wanting to know if we caught anything to improve upon or needing correction so I thought I'd mention just one little thing that caught my eye.  Near the end of the chapter when Bella is contemplating whether her captor is distracted enough to allow her a chance at escape, there is a sentence that reads: "And he defiantly didn't look stupid."  You may want to go back in and change the word 'defiantly' to 'definitely', which is the word I believe you intended here.  Defiantly would mean with a rebellious attitude whereas definitely means with certainty.  I hope you don't mind my mentioning this.

I am really enjoying the story so far and think you are doing an excellent job!

So many moments in this chapter had me laughing... it was really distracting those who were more intense in their viewing of the World Cup final match than I.  ;)  Great fun in this one.  Her reactions to Peter and her slip up as he left, her thoughts of Jessica and the references not only to her philosophical musical ponderings but the thought that she had to change the ringtone to eliminate the mental image of her dancing around in the spandex, and finally the wonderful reference to her 'wicked cool' grandmother all gave me reason to grin and I appreciated it.  I liked the encounter between Edward and Bella in this also as it has given me hope that there's a lot more to him and his sense of the ridiculous than meets the eye.  I look forward to discovering more sides to him.

Okay, I took a couple of days, but I'm all caught up on the story I've heard so much about.  What an intricate and complex tale you are weaving for all of us to enjoy!  I love the depth of the characters and the fact that they are genuinely developing and progressing, not just reacting to circumstances without really being impacted or changed.  This is wonderfully real and raw which adds so much to its appeal. 

Emmett is incredibly sweet and charming, even tender, while Jackson and Bella really seem to be teaching each other so much and bringing out strengths and aspects of one another they never knew they had.  What a choice to have to make!  Even the peripheral characters have garnered attention, leaving me somewhat invested in them and their outcomes as well.  I can't wait to see what is coming!

All of that being said, the steamier scenes are breathtaking and leave me feeling quite hot and flustered!  The three-way was phenomenal, the shower with Jackson and Bella, and the two road experiences were definitely my favorites and have me envious of fictional character.  lol

Wonderful job on a compelling story, petersgirl.  I'm so impressed!!!
