I am glad they were all on the same page to not allow that. He would have absolutely regretted that.

If I had the chance I would ask either Aro or Jane to give more perspective on the whole not having the submissive be her own entity. I get the belonging to their master, but never using an I or me - I do not get. During a scene seems fine, and I get that they are in a 24/7 relationship, but I am obviously missing something.

Edward took the lid off his coffee while I took a bite of the danish moaning as the sweet gooey goodness melted in my mouth. The mixture of berries was a perfect balance between sweet and tangy with a thin layer of warm yummy cheese and sweet drizzle.
“MMMmmmmnnnn” I think my eyes rolled to the back of my head. When I opened my eyes Edward was looking at me licking his bottom lip. “What?”
He kind of shook his head as if trying to come out of a daze before taking a drink of coffee. “Last night was good?”
“Uh huh…” I nodded as I swallowed “…last night was great. I was a little worried when I saw the leash”
Edward cleared his throat “Well you shouldn’t have been looking, your eyes are to remain down not searching the room.”
I sighed “I know but when you put it down on the table all I could think about was when you were going to put it on me.” He looked…stunned, so I figured it would be a good idea to explain. “ Not that I wanted to walk around in public and I will admit it panicked me a little but it kind of excited me too.” taking a drink of coffee I asked the question I really wanted to know.

I loved their day together! It is something they need for their relationhship. It is sad hearing about how close Leah is to her thoughts, knowing Leah is also ignoring her. I hope they clear the air before the baby comes! I am awfully intrigued about what the collar and leash are for!

I cannot wait for Victoria! They are both ready to leave some of the daily drama behind!!! As far as Forks, I vote for modified. Full is too much for Edward's first family encounter, but Bella finds comfort in being collared. She will benefit from the protected feeling she will have if they go modified. I really hope there is no James sighting! I cannot imagine!

Almost to Victoria - hooray! They had a whole lot to get out, and still do. It is hard to remember that they have not been together long, but they haven't. I want Leah to get off her chest whatever she needs to because while Bella's number of people she can count on has certainly grown, she is too close to Jake and Leah to have this distance!

“You did your father’s wash?” that sounded like something a kid shouldn’t do.
“Yeah…since I was ten or eleven.” there must have been some kind of bewilderment on my face because she justified herself. “I told you this. Charlie worked all kinds of weird hours; mostly he would sleep during the day and …”
Breaking in to her train of thought I made the assumption “You did all the chores”
She shrugged “Someone had too”
I truly couldn’t imagine any ten year old taking it upon themselves to be responsible for keeping a house. I suppose that would be another reason why at the tender age of eighteen Bella thought herself ready for marriage. It seems so clear to me that she had hopes and dreams for a regular life, college, career and all the other things that eighteen year olds dream about. However in her advanced maturity she pushed her own happiness aside and took on the responsibility of trying to please someone else. I had thought Bella to be a natural submissive and it would seem like she was.
The mistake she made was in her choice of partners. I have no doubt that had he not been abusive she would have been a perfect wife. Bella did everything within her power to see to his happiness even to the point of losing her own.

That was a rough way for poor Edward to first meet Charlie! I have no doubt that he will win him over in time, but what an awkward introduction! Leah and Bella needed to do this! It has been a long time coming, and typically in such situations there are valid thoughts on both sides. I am interested to see how Edward modifies there d/s time.

Leah went into the bathroom while Bella came around the corner into the kitchen. Our eyes met immediately as a warm smile engulfed her face. It was clear she had been crying and it took everything I had in me to remain in the chair and not run to comfort her. Sue looked up as she started putting food on the table then went over to hug Bella just as I wanted to. Bella nodded at whatever Sue was saying then left her go so she could say hello to her father.
“Hi daddy” Bella said wrapping her arms around him from the back before leaning down to kiss his cheek.
Charlie’s hand gripped her forearm then patted it in a fatherly manner. “Hi’a Bells. How are you?”
“I’m good…” Bella gazed at me while adding “…I guess you got to met Edward?”
“Yes…no thanks to you. Paul introduced us” Bella glared at Jacob mouthing ‘Paul’, Jacob held his hands up in surrender “You don’t want to know”

I am glad she & Leah finally got to the bottom of things. Leah went pretty far out of her way to be a bitch though. I have no issue with her saying anything she did or worse, but not giving Bella the benefit of the doubt enough to not say all of that crap in front of others was crazy.

I love how the whole town is ready to form a protective shell around Bella, but I have to agree with Edward - where were you all before?!!! I really think I would have rather they met up in the woods so he could be fed to the animals. It is pretty creepy that he knew Edward's name. It really makes me think he is keeping tabs on her comings and goings which is reason for near panic!

After Bethany got everyone’s order Sue leaned over to talk to the table “You all look tired, what time did you go to bed last night?”
“What time did we go to bed or what time did we go to sleep?” Leah asked smugly raising her eyes in my direction.
“You couldn’t sleep?” Sue was concerned but Kim couldn’t resist “No there was a lot of yelling going on”
“Lots of yelling and banging” Emery added.
Before the conversation with Maggie Kim and Leah were teasing me in the restroom about how loud Edward and I were. So that meant that everyone else must have heard us too, which should have been evident by the laughter at the table. My face heated up as I tried to control my embarrassment while Edward just winked at me. Charlie on the other hand had no idea what was so funny came to his own conclusion. “I guess the kids on the beach must have been putting up quite a raucous if you heard it all the way back at the house”
Thank god Charlie is so oblivious
“Oh yeah it was a raucous alright, as a matter of fact there was two of them”
“Two?” Emery questioned looking at Kim “We must have missed the second one”

My thought is either James has a hiding place in a crappy area he is renting in order to support his stalking, or he is paying someone to keep an eye on her and occasionally mess with her. Looking forward to what is next! You always know how to leave us dying for the next chapter!

“Stay still Isabella” I told her placing my hand on her knee letting my fingers glide softly up the inside of her thigh. “You are to speak freely and tell me about this morning”
Bella’s brow furrowed, I thought that meant she was confused as to what I was talking about so I prompted “At breakfast, you gave Claire a bite of food, something happened, tell me about it”
“This one doesn’t know what you mean”
Bella was over thinking she needed to let go of her inhibitions and tell me what was at the root of her reaction. My fingers drifted over her outer lips while I tried to coax the answer from her “Picture it in your head, the fork coming out of Claire’s mouth…”
“She did what your girl said”
“Yes she did and what did that do to you?’ I asked while my fingers became more insistent in their movements.
Bella whimpered opening her knees a little wider “It made your girl want to tell her to do something else”
“What would my girl have her do?”
She answered without thinking “She don’t know”
That might have been an honest answer, it’s not like Bella has had any training in being the top, hell she was just learning the roll of the bottom. But I wanted to make sure so my question became more direct. “Would you have Claire do something to you?”

You make a great point about why Bella did not and still does not press charges. Everyone has to do what they can live with. I like Edwrd's tasks! I think it extends her thoughts which I think she needs. She is an academic, and he is having her do her own internal research.

Bella recieved a lot of negative reviews for not pressing charges and I tried to tell everyone that she just isn't ready to face it head on...now maybe everyone understands where she is at...Bella is in denial but at least it is a conscious denial, so that is a step in the right direction. Edward'd task for her isn't anything that is life changing, it's just a small step in that direction...and Edward takes everything in baby steps, going from a starting point and then moving forward slowly...the goal setting is part of that process...thanks for reading and leaving a comment, until next time...louise
