As much as I understand what Edward had to do, it still hurt just as much to see him kill Lenny. I was almost angry at him. I loved Carlisle's sympathetic approach for the man but in the end, it's their lifestyle that demands these murders. I still think Edward's a little loony haha.
Great story, btw. I've been feeling all 'gangsta' since I started Quiet Storm. I think I've even gained a Brooklyn accent just from reading. You can imagine how hilarious that must be here in Texas.

I rarely review because I suck, but I'd like to think I review when it's absolutely necessary. This time it's absolutely necessary. As much as I love your stories and your characters and I've fallen in love with all the crazy plots, I must say this chapters emotions make everything else you've written sort of pale in comparison. JEEEEEEZZZZZ!
We can't help but love seeing fearless strong Sonny and Edward and Damion, but when you break them down...God, I love whe you break them down and show us, yes, they're still human.
I can't express how much I loved this chapter. I've reread it twice and my heart can't help but do flips when I see Sonny fight for the one thing he really wants in his life (which just didn't seem to work out). It was beautifully written!
Please keep winning over your readers hearts. I enjoy it too much.
