I'm definitely liking this story. Thanks for having Narcissa set Snape straight. Sometimes he needs a slap upside the head. :-)
Just one little nitpick - I should of given them to you long ago. It should read 'I should have given them to you long ago.' Snape is an old fashioned man. His grammer and spelling should reflect that. While a younger person might say or write 'should of', Snape would definitely use 'should have'. At least that's my impression/interpretation of him. Keep writing!
