Summary: Past Featured Story

My continuation of the 50 Shades Series. One of my qualms with the series is that it didn't really develop Ana Steele as a person. My focus is to add more depth to her and continue the story. With my sense of humor. It begins with Ana 5 months pregnant

My story has language throughout and some sexual content.

I love your style of writing. However, the only thing that I did find a little difficult was the historical differences in your story from the original. Ana tells Christian in the original FSOG that the Portland bar is her first time being drunk. She is referenced to have had "too much to drink" on several occasions after that throughout the trilogy. I found the explanation of this Carter Jenkins or whatever to be just too contrary to the original series and therefore not as believable.  Other than that, I've really enjoyed everything I've read. As I said on FF to one of your FSOG stories, you are one of my favorite authors and I really find your Christian to be more believable than the original. The original FSOG Christian is way too formal and uses language that is much too stuffy for a typical American, even one that was educated at Harvard. I think the writing style really shows that E.L. James is british and not american. I really like your more Americanized Christian who speaks like the average person.

Author's Response:

Yeah.... this was my first FSOG fan fic so on 2nd look, I wasnt honestly fond of how the whole "Carter Jenkins" story line was written either lol. I tried to change it to have it make a little bit of sense but I guess it didnt really work. I was just over James making her out as this "boring" girl who didnt have much of a life before Christian Grey.... so I tried something different. The best laid plans! lol. But thank you so much for your eloquent review! It means a lot!
