Real life is burdening and stressful, fanfiction is a great escape!
After Renee and Phil die in a car accident on Bella’s 17th birthday. She is sent to live with her father, Charlie and brother, James in Forks WA after being separated for 10 years with no contact. Charlie dabbles in training and placement of the “perfect” wife for exclusive clientele. Bella quickly learns that she’s going that she’s going to get more than a high school education. Please continue writing, it is a very good concept and I like the mystism behind it.
I guess I was hoping for a strong Bella not so easily trapped by sensual words and caresses, it cheapens her strenght and power.

Yes it's true Bella is a witch warrior and was taught to battle the demon Nabierus since childhood magically. (ref. chapter 1) But that doesn't mean that she's a gladiator. She is human and a virgin to boot!. She has led a sheltered life and has no experience with men what so ever. She has heard of vampires but had never dealt with them before.
Carlisle is a vampire not the beast that seeks her. He is centuries old and his mind control is no match for young Bella. She might be curious and naive but it in no way affects her ability to defeat the beast.

I like the progression of the story, definately no stale or filler chapters so far.
Each chapter weaves into the next.
I see similarities between Edward and Emily's characters, no so much the obvious stuff like the chocolate and the Baby reference, but how they make time for Bella and that they were security and happiness for her.
