I love the story, but chapter 1 of this is not at the end of fifty shades more, so the diclaimer about starting with chapter 3 is misleading, either that or these chapters are missing from more, i was only able to read 32 chapters in more.

You haven't missed anything. More has 32 chapters and Chapter 1 of Clarity picks up there. Originally I had 35 chapters in More and then decided to end it at Chapter 32 and make chapter 33 the beginning of Clarity. I thought I had gone in and taken the notes out. I'll go back and check, but More has 32 chapters and Clarity as 32 chapters and Full Circle is still in progress.
