I'm loving this story! I really am. I love that a woman is ranking right up there with the men and that woman is Isabella! Their plan to take over L.A. is ambitious. This is a large city in area and that alone would present a problem, logistically, what with controlling everything. Can't wait to see how you do this!
I have one small critique for you. Your use of the word "female" instead of "woman" seems out of place in a story about humans. In a vampire story, it would go well, but here, to me, in my sometimes not so humble opinion, it seems a bit off. Just sayin'....
