Haha really? You're bragging about the Gators? They look terrible so far. They're lucky they haven't played anybody yet because I honestly think they're going to drop 3 or 4 games this season. Rebuilding is never fun, as I well know. The Noles were abysmal and I haven't much to say about them.
I was at the Bucs game and it was HOT. Dear Lord, I nearly died. So glad it started raining. It was fun though. Freeman got his stuff together in the second half. Really like that Mike Williams kid. A win's a win, even if it's ugly. Better than they've been doing!

This chapter was awesome! Alice really cracked me up with her antics during the game and then mixing up all the football lingo. Blitzens and Rumbles, ROFL!
Is it even possible to keep a straight face to see guys in jerseys that have the word Trojan written on them? ;)
Something tells me that Bella's ovaries are voicing their opinions quite a bit. The entire dinner date was made of pure win! Bella was hilarious and damn did Edward make just me feel warm and tingly all over? I want some of that chocolate lava cake stat!
Can't wait for the next update and I hope there'll be more of Bella's ovaries doing the talking, LOL!

So happy you liked Alice's version of football lingo. I think she's adorable and she really has enthusiasm to learn about her man's sport. Just not patience, so much!
Hee, you don't know how it pained me to make Edward from USC but I wanted a football factory type school and that worked. Sigh. A decade and a half ago I would have totally used my Noles. They suck too much now though.

She sounds like me when I first started watching! My husband was a football player and was MORTIFIED when he learned that I used to cheer for it in high school and didn't have a CLUE as to what was happening :) Great job, I can't wait for more!!!

Bella blurts something inappropriate in every chapter, I rather adore that about her. My best friend did that growing up and I thought it would be fun to give Bella that trait. Made me laugh all the time!

Mmm ... a grunting, sweaty GymWard. I worked up a sweat just reading that part, lol! I love Emmett and his constantly changing nicknames for Jazz and Ed. He really lays it on thick, doesn't he? :) Their banter talking about the girls was cute. Glad to hear that both Rose and Em hate Tanya, so if she makes a reappearance later on, at least two toughies have Bella's back.

Well yeah i would have reacted like Bella too if I thought he put that girls number in his pocket. But then they both acted hot tempered and didn't really explain what they were thinking. He just ran and she lashed out at him. Well I figured these are flashback chapters, I was wondering when we are going to get to the present tense again?

Yep, she lashed out and he ran. Ghosts from the past sneaking up on them. I decided I'd rather deal with their issues early on in the relationship than later. Misunderstandings happen and it'll be rectified soon.
We're a bit away from the present tense yet, obviously they have to actually get together and date a bit before we get to the sexy times. But they'll have some good stuff and then we'll get there and go beyond to the revelation of their relationship to the public and see how that plays out :)

Haha, I love whirlwind Alice and Bella's verbal diarrhea. Poor Edward and Bella, not an hour into meeting one another and already they get their wires crossed. At least he sort of figured out why Bella reacted the way she did and blamed it on the bimbo. Pity he wasn't smart enough to think about how rude said bimbo was being and slipping him her number. I wonder if Bella has any stats on how often he's landed on his head or had a ball connect with his head :D Anyway, I'm totally hooked on your story and am adding to my favs right away so I don't miss a thing!

Hee, I love Bella's verbal diarrhea as well. It's not something she gets over, cause she did it in chapter one "Can I rub you?" hehe. I had a friend growing up who always said the wrong thing at the wrong time. She's kind of my inspiration there. Meanwhile, I was the one who always looked at the wrong time and got caught. We were quite a pair!
Yes, they definitely ran up against one another's issues tonight but it could have been overcome had they just talked. Still, I'd rather them work through things together, rather than fall for one another and then find out the insecurities and whatnot.
He was a dope for taking the number but she went on the attack so quickly...both were wrong!

You need never worry about me and angst. I can't write it. Even when I try to, I tend to slip humor in somewhere to diffuse a little of the tension/pain/what have you. I like happy and this will be happy. I just didn't want them to have an immediate relationship, I want them to work through and deal with their issues. This brought them to the forefront, cause for me, once E&B get together they're staying that way. I promise :)
