Edward is a really nice guy. He knows how and when to comfort Bella, when to say no, and when to say yes. She does try his patience from time to time, though.

Renee's letter wasn't what I expected, it hurt Bella, a lot. Those aren't the things you expect to hear from you mom, but that's who she is. Fortunately Bella has Edward now. So it will help her, when something like this happens.

I was so shocked at the letter Renee wrote.  I didn't see that coming.  I am glad Bella didn't fall for it.  I was afraid she would run out or something. 

I am glad Edward told her no and why he was telling her no.  She took that pretty well.  Love the whole Christmas tree thing.  I am sure Edward was done after that.

Thanks for the update! It wasn't too short at all, although the ending was a bit abrupt. Is Bella being a little overharsh towards her mother from her letter? I can see how it could look like she's recommending a divorce, but it could also mean other things! When I read the letter, I didn't have any of the same negative reactions Bella did. But then again, Bella had to live through all of the carelessness and neglect of Renée, so maybe she's right to be upset. I'm not sure, but either way, thanks for updating! Oh, and one last thing, I am very proud of Edward for turning down sex when it's not the right thing for them! Way to step up for all of mankind!!

Edward and Bella are creating relationship memories for the holidays and I love it! Bella even suggested they buy a house so that Edward could have a piano to play for her. Another point that Edward noticed was Bella's reference to future Christmases together and their future children!

Well Bella wasn't kidding when she said that her parents always fight when they are in the same room together. I am just glad that Edward was there for her to help with that . And Drunk Bella is quite funny.

Bella was aware that her first time wouldn't be too pleasant for her, she was prepared, so even if uncomfortable, it wasn't a surprise. Edward was tender, gentle and as careful as possible, which was really great.

Sadly Bella is a bit sick, the rain was fun but it brought consequences. To top it, she is just learning Thanksgiving won't be a quiet, small, family gathering. She isn't too happy about it.

It was really good. Bella pinching herself thinking it was a dream. And just as she promised, the first thing she told him was "I love you". Edward's reaction was priceless, he couldn't believe it. She really made him happy and glad to have come home earlier.

Then the Aunt Flow comment, and Edward having no clue, that was adorable too. 

Bella is so much more confident in this chapter, I loved it, lets hope she can keep up with herself.

Very interesting how all their friends know each other. Thanksgiving was different but they did seem to get along except near the end. Can't wait to find out what bella's letter says.

Yay! I'm happy with the way everything worked out in this chapter. There was drama during Thanksgiving, but no worse than we expected; Renée was terrible (do we get to read her letter next chapter?) but Bella wasn't devastated by it, and Esme and Rosalie were both awesome! I'm proud of Bella for what she said when Esme apologized for inviting her parents without asking; I half-way expected her to just lie and say it was fine, but she told the truth instead. Thanks for sharing!

I think Bella may surprise Edward when they return to Cullen's house after the bonfire! She is awaking her inner sex beast! I am relieved that Esme and Edward witnessed the tension and anger that happens when Bella's parents are in the same room. I feel more hopeful that the Christmas season will be less stressful.

I'm curious as to what that letter says and I'm pretty sure that Edward's learned his lesson when it comes to Bella's family.

I loved it.  It was cute and funny for the most part.  I really dont like Renee though for being all judgemental.  I loved Carlisle's talk on where the extra linens were.  Talk about awkward.

Bella misunderstood things and made a huge scene before listening to Edward. She is still scared, insecure, thinking he might leave her. Not that this makes her conduct acceptable but at least understandable. Work is work, so Edward and Emmett need to go, it will just be for two weeks. They will miss each other, but time will fly faster than they will think in will. 

Staying with Rose is a good idea, they can keep each other company and help with the nursery.

Also, very important, she said it!!!!! He might not have heard it, which is bad, but she said I love you.

I loved the presents, and Edward's never crossed my mind. He was paying attention and gave plenty of thought to it.

Bella had a great birthday, she was happy, even with her tantrum at the restaurant. 

Edward got scared, watching Bella standing there and after how she was, it's understandable he would be worried. But Bella isn't that kind of girl. She needed closure, for a long, long time, she hadn't dared go there. Thanks to Edward she did.

The worst thing for Bella was not saying good-bye to her friend. When you loose someone, that's the worst of all. 

As for their kissing, things are changing between them. Edward has known he loves her, she has just began having feelings for him, feelings she still can't describe or understand. He knows it and will give her as much time as she needs. 

I guess now things will go better and easier. 

The past can't all be bad, Bella just realized that. She has happy memories of Emily and her friends. She just needs to take a bit of time to remember them. It was good to hear that one. 

I have to say Edward has been more than amazing. He is patient,caring, and truly loves Bella deeply. She is starting to see it and it still is a surprise to her, a very good one.

It was good that she let know she is now Cullen and not Swan.

Bella has some stories in her past that make her uncomfortable. Some stories that don't involve Edward. She promised to share them, perhaps she will do so, sooner rather than later.

The wedding went fine, Bella wasn't as happy as she could have been, and in a way it's understandable. She is trying and so is Edward. There are changes that people around them have begun noticing, is this good? I hope so.

Is Bella giving into this so fast? Or is she wanting to avoid uncomfortable situations in the future and just playing along with Edward? Hard to tell. At least dinner with his parents went fine and they were able to "compromise" at certain things.
