This story is just wrenching my heart at every turn. I know this is a problem of his own making, but I feel so terrible for the pain he and Bella are in.
I liked that Carlisle was honest about his affair. I think that will help Edward hold onto hope that he can make this all better with Bella too.

I absolutely love this story!!! I am so glad Bella let Edward join her for the sono. I don't blame her for being upset over Jessica. I mean he had slept with every trust fund bimbo and even her (obviously) so why wouldn't he sleep with Jessica. I really hope she can trust him enough to get past this.
I love Rose! Every girl needs a friend like her. It was classic the way she smacked Edward across the back of his head and then threatened him. It was so Rose.

I liked this little peek into Carlisle's head. I am not completley thrilled with him judging Bella on her diction and manners. It almost felt like he was looking over a horse he was thinking about buying.

I've just finished the first twenty chapters and I wanted to tell you what a wonderful job you've done with this story. There have been very few all-human Twilight stories that I've enjoyed, but this is definitely one of the best of that type of story. I'm looking forward to future chapters.
Suggestions:
The word breath is a noun and has the short vowel sound. The verb is breathe (it has the long vowel sound and the final e is silent). There are places in the story where you use breath and you need to use breathe.
The word bare means "uncovered" or "basic." There are a number of instances where you use bare, but you should use bear (meanings: to put up with, to support or carry something, or to produce fruit, children).
I hope these tips are helpful.

Wow this story is great! I just started this evening and I couldn't stop reading. The relationship between Bella and Edward is so intense and emotional. They had truely not an easy way for their relationship.
It is so cool, that Edward finally mans up to stand besides Isabella and wants to be a part of her life and his son. There is so much drama around them, I just hope they are strong enough to survive this.
Whenever I thought it couldn't get worse the next problem knocked at the door.

That's very interresting, all these events. The horrible nickname her co-workers gave to Bella... The way Edward try to make things right but doesn't know how to do it properly.
Despite all his mistakes he fights for what he want. And, by the way, his grandfather is a total jerk.
I was worried that Carlisle was someone like his father, but I'm more than happy to see that's not the case.
