My husband went to grad school at Notre Dame and he was the first of his family to attend. I am sure undergrad may be different, but I do not think that is true. When we lived there, we knew a lot of kids who went there and I do not think any of them had family members who were graduates. One football player I know for a fact did not. That chapter was great. Not that all of them aren't. But I loved Bella's rants. It was nice to see her letting all her emotions loose instead of bottling them up and pushing them away. And I'm really glad she has such loving real people beside her.
There is no way that things will not get worse. James is still breathing so you know there are horrible things in store. Things with Alice and not going to get better anytime soon I'm afraid, and I hope that she sees it for what it is and is able to move past it. Karen is scared, angry, and off her meds. there is no telling what she is going to do, but we all know she is capable of anything. So really bad things are coming at her from every direction.

I was glad that Edward didn't use his Dom mode to stop Bella from her introspection, venting or need to keep herself busy. I keep waiting to see him not be perfect in everything he does. Makes him seem not human. I love this story and the characters but sometime he seems too perfect. But, god he is hot and fabulous in the playroom.
Lots of self reflection from Bella. Seems she is really putting some of the pieces together. Her character is really very intelligent. I love how she talked with Peggy. Hopefully she will listen to Bella's advice and stay safe.

I'm enjoying the blending of Bella's friends/family with and and vise-versa. Edward's family poses a different challenge than his friends though.
Bella's knowledge, of Edward mentoring Seth in the BDSM relationship format, was rather funny since to was to be a confidential agreement amongst men.
If Claire was so sure Seth should speak to Paul about his lack of oral skills why didn't Seth turn it around and tell Claire she needed to talk to Rachel about being honest in bed?
I have similar tendencies when it comes to cleaning the house for visitors or even prior to leaving on vacation. A clean house reflects on my character and capabilities. I must add though, when my children were small my priorities were...first them, then the house so lot of times things didn't get done.
I can't wait to read Edward's attempt to extract Isabella's secret!

I am not even going to guess, I don't have that kind of imagination and you ladies of the fandom always surprise me! Love how light hearted this chapter was (except at the end) even when he was being alpha it still had an undertone of fun. He really pays attention to her and her moods I love that. Well, lot's of interesting stuff here. Edward is awesome in that he gets Bella to admit things about herself that she didn't want to for fear of what that meant about her time with him...specifically that she secretly wanted his abuse. Which simply is not true at all. And, no one ever deserves that type of abuse, well, except for Tanya and perhaps she might need a "taste" of James. LOL
Loved that whole discussion there at the end between Edward and Eleazar. So, it seems that Bella is related to Caius somehow. Interesting. Can't wait for more to be revealed.
