No two ways about it, Kathie, your version is better than you know who's. It just makes way more sense. It wasn't just Edward that loved Bella, it was all the Cullens. Maybe being away from Bella for months on end helped Edward to see the light also! I love happy endings!

This is the right direction, at last. Bella figuring it all out on her own was the best way too. This has surely been a growing-up experience for her. New Moon has always made me crazy, wanting to knock Edward in the head because of his stubborn foolishness. Why he has to insist on making himself and Bella miserable has always mystified me. Aren't vampires supposed to be smarter than that? I love that in your version, Alice and the rest are going to stay put and help Bella through this.

My heart sored with this chapter Bella is so much better and understands or at least accepts Edwards motivations,...this is how I though she should have been in SM's story how could she believe such a bold face lie from Edward after all they had said to each other. Thank you for a stonger and more reasoning version of Bella.

I love the cookie references and the personal touches of Alice and Rosalie comforting and fighting for Bella, Rose is dynamite and I'm so glad you made her less self centred. Then Esme and Carlisle act more like her parents then Charlie and Renee. And what can you say aboiut Jasper and Emmett except they are the epitome of the big brother gotta love them!!!

I vote for the siblings taking Edward to task when he comes home and Bella, Alice and Rose just verbally bitch slapping him while Jasper and Emmett sit on him. Esme and Carlisle can play clean up and make him take responsibility for his actions.

You have doen a great job of recreating this story and making the characters so human and yet otherworldly at the same time they shine as individuals and as a family. I remember in Breaking Dawn musing about what she looked like as a vampire on the loom of the Fates and felt she might be a bright red or gold, the Cullens are definitely GOLD thanks to you!!!

Hmmm...what does Victoria have up her sleave this time?  And if Edward is tracking her, is he in Forks too?  Or did he mess it up just like he did in New Moon and end up on the wrong side of the continent?

Alice and the dance that is going to be so delicious and funny I can see it now the RAVE to end all RAVES go get em !!! The destriction in Edward's room was desevered and she would never trash anything important or irreplaceable, she still loves the man and would never hurt him intentionally.

The destruction she caused is more like her pounding on his chest and yelling at him without him being present, hence she never touched hi Volvo, it has to many memories for her.

love it! This is different from what I have read so far and I think it holds true in many respects-why would Alice have not seen some of what would happen, she was her BFF! I really like how you have them helping her, as a teacher of adolescents, these come into play with confused hormonal teenagers. Self image is so important. I think you made some excellent points.  Keep up the good work! I can guess you will end this in just a few chapters with him coming back. Anxious to see how you have Bella handle it!

Love the little affirmation messages!  I'm glad that she is trying to turn things around.  She may still be broken, but she isn't letting it take her all the way under!  And with the "senseless violence," all I have to say, I sometimes you just feel the need to break something!  She didn't destroy everything, just enough to let the anger flow...and that can be a good thing, cause if you let anger bubble...someday you really blow your top!

Good for Bella!  Anger is an important emotion to feel if you use it the right way, and she really did!!  I'm so glad that they are helping her along, helping he see that there is more to life that just being his!

Damn Kathie I don't like crying in my tea but this chapter is so poignant , I feel that with the Cullens being with Bella it makes the story even sader than SM's version!!! 

TheCullens can't help her any more than anyone else, but still they try showing how much they love her, but it only emphasizes the depth of the love she has for Edward and as a result the depth of her pain, how f*cking stupid Edward is!!!!

I don't care about Canon I just want a good story and girl you have it in spades, I like the fresh original approach, with the promise of new revelations and insight into especially as well as Bella and Edward and all the other characters something that SM didn't do often hence the balnk pages in New Moon. I also like that Jake has not taken over her life and manipulated her into an isolated dependency. (Yeah I don't like the mutts)

I really like this story premise and I look forward to seeing whereyou take it - I hope to see some Vampire/Werewolf interaction in later chapters and l;ook forward to a lot of Bella/Alice moments :)

I never believed the entire Cullen clan would just up and leave to appease Edward and his asinine reasoning for leaving Bella.  Especially with Alice involved!  I think you have a great start to a story that many readers wish they would have been given, instead of New Moon.  I look forward to reading more.
