I will not be one of those people who tell you it's too soon for I love you's!! They both know how quick things can change and sharing how they feel makes them stronger (in my eyes). It's hard to have someone you love leave you but it's even harder if they don't know or you don't know how they feel. Love is strong and can make you stronger if you allow it in. As sad as this story is it's still a joy to read. It's going to get harder but there will be a light at the end. :-) I wish she could stay in her lovebubble but alas she cannot. I don't think it was too soon. Edward loved her before she was taken and his love grew over the years as he hoped he would find her. He was her light, her safe place while she was gone. Of course she loves him, if for no other reason than that.
This chapter was equally sad and happy. Her story is so heart breaking, but it is nice to see her being more comfortable with Edward and with everyone else.

I guess the torture Bella has endured over the last 6 years could either have completely destroyed her or made her what she is. She may be scared and have some ptsd, but she is strong. She also has a great support system.
I'm nervous about the next chapter. I can't wait to read it.
I would also enjoy it if in a future chapter you let something humiliating happen to those skanky hags at school. I mean, who picks on somebody that has been kidnapped and held hostage and tortured for 6 years?
