It's true it's her personal pet, and it is stated on the brochures for people who have an aversion to animals. It would be hard to limit the spaces a cat can get into. The suites themselves would be easy enough, but common areas would be hard.
I stayed at a B&B once that had a cat who practically lived on the porch of our suite and came in and out of the room. :) it was adorable hahah
