Depends on the type of cancer. My daughter's sister in law had both breast removed and a full hysterectomy. That is because her type fed off of hormones. I just lost a friend that had her initial occurance 14 years ago. One breast removed then she refused chemo & radiation. The next year same thing on the other breast. She changed her diet to reduce all hormone fed foods and no caffiene. The treatments now vary to just a lumpectomy on the smaller cases.

I'm purposly making the cancer thing vauge. We'll find out more as things progress. Even though this topic is a real life one, I am not a doctor and am writing based on people's expreences. Even though I am writing based on real events, this story is fiction.

Bella can't keep a secret. Rose asked her not to tell Edward and she ran home and told him about being asked to being a godfather. She talks about Edward not being trustworthy. Bella is a gossip and an eavesdropper. Edward was just really scared and had to work through some issues. He also received some very bad advice from her brother. Bella needs to realize that she is not perfect. Edward is not either. No one is and as soon as she realizes that their lives will be better. Edward should not have to worry that she might leave at any moment if he messes up.

Bella isn't doing anything to be mean or vicious. She isn't trying to be a gossip or anything like that. When she heard Edward and Jane talking about the engagement she literally walked into it. She wasn't trying to or wanted to hear their conversation. She also didn't want to walk into the middle of that conversation. She didn't want them to know that she heard everything.
She was also just excited for Edward to be asked to be the godfather and gave him the heads up knowing he could act surprised. She was excited that her family, Rose included, is seeing them as a couple.
Bella knows she isn't perfect and just wants what we all want, to be happy. She knows Edward isn't perfect either. She knows that they both have their faults and they are doing what anyone can do, they are trying their best to work through their issues and whatever comes up.
Trust me, Bella isn't leaving Edward. There is no other place in the world she'd rather be than with him and their daughter.
I hope this cleared some things up! :)

Thanks for the explanation on the eye color. I've noticed that sometimes people get angry if you don't stick to excatly how the charaters are protrayed in the book, thus my disclaimer.
I don't think it's odd to assume that blonde have blue eyes (i'm blonde haired blue eyes, however one of my best friends is blonde haird brown eyes. I guess like with everything else sometimes there is a variation!

I was unaware of this California law, however that isn't always the case. Russel Brand almost got his work visa taken away when a paparazzo tried to take a picture up Katey Perry's dress. He had to pay something like $20,000 and was in jail for I think a day. There might be laws but it seems it doesn't mean anything (plus at the end of the day, this is a work of fiction and maybe if I use a story line like that agian in the future I'll look up the laws. thank you for bringing this to my attention).
I've been under the weather the past few days and didn't realize I used the same word in the same sentence twice! I usually try to use the thersaurous and use a different word.
I also find myself hating Tanya, even if she isn't potrayed as being the bad guy. i am unsure if we've seen the last of her. I'm kind of messing around with an idea but I don't know if it would make it into the story.

I'm so glad they talked things out! Having Bella talk to Rose and get advice was a surprise but it worked nicely, re-establishing their relationship and giving Rose a chance not only to make amends but give Bella perspective on what happened. I'm especially pleased that they got to the heart of the matter - lying - rather than sex, since Tanya blew the whole episode way out of proportion. Obviously they still have a ways to go (maybe they should get counseling as a couple?) but I'm just relieved that this wasn't a major setback. They are a family and Charlotte deserves both of them.
Now that E won he'll be in even more demand as an actor. I want him to stay focused on their family, but maybe if Bella isn't working they can all go if he does do a movie somewhere once in a while?
Hope Bella bails Edward out PDQ...he's too pretty to sit in jail for long! :)

I planned the Rose/Bella talk a while ago to reestablish their relationship. Tanya was beign a jerk about the whole thing. She isn't a nice person, plan and simple.
Edward won't be going back to work any time soon, Oscar or no Oscar, He doens't want to.
Edward is way too pretty to be spending alot of time in jail. The next chapter will resolve that issue!
I try to update regulary because writing is something I do to unwind afte ra long day. I enjoy doing it. It's part of my daily life (not just this particular story, I have written other things to).

Damn, I knew that secret would come back and bite him in the ass. Edward just doesn't seem to learn his lesson. I was just hopeful that they could get thru the oscars before everything hits the fan.
Actually, I was surprised with how devious Tanya is, she just can't let it go, and I am sure her being at the spa at the same time as Bella was not a coincidence. Ugh, she is gross...
I hope Bella can find a way to forgive Edward for lying, but I don't see it happening easily since she asked him point blank a while back and he got defensive about it and continued to hide the truth. He may have to propose to her just to get her back for good after this...

Edward wanted to protect Bella. Emmett seemed to think not telling her the whole truth was a good idea. Tanya wants what she wants when she wants it and doens't care who gets hurt. She is gross. Bella and Edward will be duking it out in the next chapter. I don't think at this point there is a way to get on her good side right now.

Edward is a stupid man, who is in love. He obviously didn't want to hurt Bella. After talkign to Emmett he decided he'd keep his mouth shut and not bring Tanya up again because she was going to stay out of his life forever and never bothe rhim again, right? WRONG!

Deep breaths...ok. Knew this was coming, just didn't know when or how. I'm glad Bella didn't have a knee-jerk reaction and wants to talk. Edward was wrong to not tell Bella that he came close to hooking up with Tanya before - definitely wrong, especially when Bella directly asked him about it. However, there are some extenuating circumstances that Bella needs to understand.
First, they weren't really *together* then. Second, her own brother is the one who told Edward to keep it quiet. He also advised this while he had Edward out on his little "threat" trip. Edward was not about to go against Emmett. Third, Bella's own mother flat out cheated on Carlisle earlier in their marriage, and they were able to work through it. I hope daddy is able to give Bella some perspective, because I just know Bella is going to go off the deep end here. Finally, Tanya is a lying bitch whore. Plus, Edward was in a very different place then...but since then he's in therapy and is completely devoted to Bella and Charlotte.
I know it's going to be rough, but I hope they are able to work through this. Please continue with the regular updates so I don't go insane! :)

I have to agree with Renee and Esme [can't believe I am typing that]...His earlier fears about babies and marriage stem from his past...well, Tanya is gone from his life and he has been in counseling for the rest...he has a baby that he loves and claims he loves Bella, so why it is such a big deal for him to man up and marry Bella...It doesn't have to be tomorrow, but to know it is in the future for them would be nice.
And lets face it, after he was such a dick and completely absent from her entire pregnancy, I think he owes one to Bella, and making one of her dreams a reality is the way to go...he even claims he wants to spend the rest of his life with her and knows she is it for him, so its really only a title at this point....Man up Edward!
