Why would Edward consider Bella a bitch? He knows they were "compelled" to be with the vampires and obviously traumatized but he's angry because he wasn't the one to steal her virginity? I'm confused.

Ok, The following paragraph comes directly from chapter 18 when Carlisle was in his office explaining things to the boys.
"When the girls were identified as being the daughters of prominent figures in Forks we had no choice under the circumstances but to put a plan into effect. Bella and Alice were compelled by Garrett to make them submissive, he then erased their memories and imprinted them with new ones to explain their disappearances and the loss of their friend."
Bella and Alice were compelled at the clinic after they were identified, not before. Bella chose to have sex with Demetri freely. Don't forget Edward saw Bella go into Demetri's arms at the school. And being the possessive jealous beast that he is doesn't care, this Edward is not emo by any means. As far as he's concerned, he can do what he wants and takes what he feels is his, especially when it comes to Bella. Bella losing her virginity to Demetri only makes Edward more determined to possess her. He's just pissed at her because he's self centered.

I'm so glad you're enjoying my sexy vamp Demetri. I didn't want this story to be just another emo Edward story. I can't seem to decide if I want to make more of Demetri's relationship with Bella. Don't forget he was sent back with the others to Volturi by Aro, but he might be back with Aro. And yes he did feed from her, thanks for noticing, I slipped that in. I wasn't sure if anyone would pick up on that. So that adds a little fuel to his fire, so to speak. We will see...

yeah i like your idea, but some of this is kind of forced and pushed out pretty fast and its kind of not making sense. I dont get the feeling that any of the guys truely care about the females and its just too easy for them to like the guys which to me would have been better without.

Thanks for your review! To answer your question: Bella doesn't have a mind shield. I haven't revealed what her gift is yet, or if she will even have one. But she is very strong willed and stubborn. That's all I have to say for now.....promise you'll find out soon though!! ;)

Thanks! Glad to be here too. Wish I had found out about this site sooner. To answer your question. Edward did "intiate" her into the Freshies Club in chapter 7. He just didn't take her virginity. He didn't know it then, but he was in love with her. He wanted Bella to want him the way that he wanted her. He was confused about the pull they had toward one another. (In another words they are soul mates and don't know it) YET.

Thanks for your response! To answer your question, in the first part of chapter 7 (14 paragraphs down) Alice kids Bella about her viginity and mentions that she is on the pill.
For Alice it's in chapter 9 (paragraph 10).Which also mentions that Rose is not on the pill.
A brief explanation in chapter 15 end notes gives the reason why the girls take birth control to begin with.
So sorry about the confusion. (gulp)
