That was a damn good story.  I cant wait to read the sequel and I hope that Edward is able to keep Sonny in check.  i dont like him disrespecting them.

Damn that makes me mad.  Its rated M for a reason, damn idiots.  Anyway wheewww I was worried for Jacob, but Edward got a taste of his own medicine and he didn't like it at all. Edward is so funny.  Reminds me of my husband in the delivery room.  We had such a surprise because we were told we were having a girl and surprise, surprise ITS A BOY.  So yeah they could hear my husbands screams in the waiting room. LOL.  As for Aro, well I can understand him, she left him so he is just being stubborn and not wanting to chase her but I can understand Lauren too.  She wants to make sure he loves her. I feel for Edward about the no sex thing, I did go through that and it last til long after the baby was born.  It caused a lot of trouble within my marriage but it wasn't something I could control.

I truly love this story.  You know there are many stories out there that are good and some that are great, but there are few that are excellent and I find this one of the excellent one.  I have read hundreads of stories both here on TWCS and also on FF.net and you really are a great writer.  Maybe I am just partial to the mob stories but I dont think thats it at all.  I love that she slaps the shit out of him to put him in his place. I know its not right for physical violence but hey he says some pretty mean stuff to her when he is mad.  I also love that he gets crazy and wont let her lock him out of the room. lol  That was just hilarious.  NOW as for ESME, uuggghhh she is going to get her into trouble.  She needs to listen to Edward and realize just because she likes Esme doesn't mean she can let her walk on her beliefs.  Another great chapter.

holy heck re-reading this reminds me why I love this story and your writing in particular..first you have the puppy story from Carlilse then to hear the real version of events from Edward.. well priceless doesn't begin to cover it...  then .... Oh heck... okay... ready for it??!?!?  Bella talking to Edward about how she will have to walk around dressed like a Eskimo whilst carrying a machine gun... in concern with who all might just drop in on here and how many people have keys to the place...  I was in tears reading this over again... tears of laughter that is!!!!

Since Bella isn't "always" in the mood anymore, I received ten "blow job" coupons that I can use whenever I want. She made them out of red construction paper—nothing fancy—and those were the best gifts I have ever gotten.





Then I called Aro while I stared at my lonely coupon.

"You on your way?" I asked.

"Yes." He didn't sound too happy.

"I need you to stop at the drug store—or a paper store. I need red construction paper." I smiled. Surely, I can make some counterfeit "blow job" coupons.

"What?"

"Red paper—like the shit from elementary school. Paper hearts—shit like that," I said.

"You got it."

I nodded and ended the call.







Once we entered my office, I showed Carlisle the coupon. He has always been a master at forgery. When I was a kid and Nanny needed to sign something for me, Carlisle always did it. Nanny was strict as hell, and Carlisle always saved me from a beat down.

"Remember all those truancy cards you used to sign?" I asked.

Carlisle nodded and placed the coupon down.

"You think you can make a few more of those?" I pulled out a black Sharpie and the scissors. "Aro should be here soon with the paper."

"I can try," Carlisle laughed. "Can't you go a day without breaking a law? Don't you think it's…"

"What?" I rocked back in my chair.

"Nothing…You're just so serious about it," he laughed some more. "You want me to make fake blow job coupons?"

I nodded with a straight face. "What's the problem?"

He sighed. "There isn't one."

"Good," I said.




"How are you receiving it?" he whispered.

I shrugged. "Hedwig the Owl is going to deliver it. What the fuck do you care?" I laughed.





"You think you can make these? The bubbly lettering and all?" I pushed the coupon toward him.

He nodded. "Yeah." He grinned. "This is kind of adorable. Bella is—" Carlisle sounded a little wistful so I had to stop him. If he blurted out some lovey-dovey shit, I'd pop a cap in his fucking knee.

"Get that look off your face," I said.

"Ed…" He frowned.

"Stop," I said. "Just stop while you're ahead, bro."

He nodded. "Did you look around? She probably has a stack of this paper somewhere."

I shook my head no. "Bella might know those are fakes—she'll look and see if paper is missing, but she'd never think I'd go out and buy more."

He nodded. "Right…'Cause only a sick fuck would go so far for a blow job."

"Hey," I said. "It's not like I'm letting someone else suck my dick. Bella needs a coupon; I'm happy to make more."



"Get crackin'." I tossed the paper over to Carlisle.



He opened his mouth to respond, and then there was a knock on the door. I jumped. "Hide that." I hissed in a whisper. Carlisle was quick to sit on the paper, throwing the scissors and marker under the chair.



"Bella, why don't you go start on dinner?" I asked. "It's already close to seven—"

"Fuck you…order pizza, and if you show me a coupon…I swear to Christ!" She shook her fist.

I tried not to laugh. "Bella," I said in a soothing tone.

She huffed and dropped her shoulders. "I'm making chicken…





"My parents are still married. I grew up in a loving home—had a normal childhood, and I grew up to be a glorified hit man. What the fuck is my kid going to grow up to be?" He stood up.

I shrugged.

"You don't think about it?" Aro looked to me. "I can see it now…a little Edward and a little Aro…setting things on fire and trying to steal shit."

I threw my head back and laughed. "Relax."

"Next thing you know, they're out there earning bones or something—nuh uh—this is fucked. I can't have a kid!" He ran his hand through his hair. "We'll raise little serial killers and Hanna—Oh hell. She'll be swinging from a pole at Eclipse—"

I winced when Carlisle hopped up to punch Aro in the face. "What the fuck, bro?" Carlisle shouted.

I laughed out loud again. "You guys are great." I shook my head. "I swear…better than…than a fucking Broadway play…not that I've ever been to one." I shrugged and continued to laugh.



"I should whip out a coupon."

"Didn't you use your last one yesterday?" she asked.

I didn't reply and bit her earlobe.



I did the politician thing. I went around to each table with Bella and thanked the women for coming.



The three of us walked straight into the VIP area, where my supposed shower was. That too was decorated in blue. There were a few "It's a boy" signs, and everyone was ready to greet me with a hug and an envelope.



"We all go back a long way, so don't mistake our kindness for weakness." I took hold of the back of his head. "Just 'cause you won't get iced for whacking the kid, don't think you won't for being out of line. Understand? You speak to Aro just as you'd speak to me."



Even if her grandson won't be a purebred Italian—can you believe that? Like we're talking mutts and pedigrees over here." He shook his head.



"Thank you," I said and lightly touched Jacob's cheek with my knuckle.

Thank you for the shoes, looking out for Bella, and painting my fucking ceiling, I thought.

"You did good, kid," I whispered to Jacob, before Jasper pulled the trigger.



I practically ran up to the VIP area to snatch up the envelopes where I had left them. No outsiders were allowed in the lounge, and no one in their right mind would rip me off.



"We have to do the same as all the other gifts."

It's sick, but so like a sneaky fuck, a fed, to sneak a wire into a baby gift. Everything we have received so far has been nearly dissected. It's far-fetched, but not impossible. I am their number one target. They're gunning for me.



"Of course," Bella giggled. "That's why I told Nanny to have them deliver the stuff to her house." She's always keeping me on my toes with the element of surprise. She's getting it—this thing.



I grasped Bella's hand. "Are you too tired for…?" I reached into my pocket for that coupon. "A BJ in the limo?" I held it up and smiled while I tried to iron out the creases with my fingers. "It's wrinkled, but still good." I went to hand it to her.

She pushed my hand away. "Tomorrow?"

I continued to grin as I placed it back in my pocket. At least she didn't notice it was a fake or remember that I used my last one yesterday.

"I have Oreos in the kitchen…Edward said you've been on an Oreo kick."

I stuck my tongue out. "Until I ate a whole package because no one was around and threw them all up. I can't…I'm into Goldfish crackers this week." I bit my lip. Now I really wanted a cheesy goldfish. "Fuck," I whispered.

Now I'll be aching to get out of here, just so I can have some. Once it enters my mind, it becomes an obsession until I satisfy my craving.

"We have Ritz crackers…and some provolone?"

"That'll work….but not right now, thanks." At least I can have those if it becomes too much. I will overcome this, dammit.





The next day, I finally got my show, and it was one I hated to see.

Before they lowered Marcus into the ground, Didyme threw herself onto the coffin. It was the saddest thing I had ever seen, and caused a few thousand tears to spill from my eyes. I cried all afternoon and lied. I said it was because of Marcus, but it really wasn't.

Edward is now in Marcus's shoes. It made me think about too much morbidity. I thought about my own death and, more importantly, Edward's.





She cupped her cheek. "I can't believe you hit me."

"You're lucky I'm pregnant or else I'd force you into the shower." I snorted. "Dude, seriously." My eyes trailed down her body.

She scooted away from me. "Remind me…if I'm ever about to jump out a window, not to call you."



"I know you aren't going to get better overnight. You need to talk to someone, who has the—patience of a saint." I chuckled. "I just want you to take the first step. We love you—we all love you, even Hanna. I know she misses you. She spent more than nine months with you. Maybe that's why she cries. She misses her momma." I jutted my lower lip out.

"You think so?" she whispered.

I nodded. "Esme, you're such a good mom. I saw you at that hospital. You're a natural, and once you have her in your arms, it'll all come back. You two must have a bond. When she was crying just now…I couldn't hear it, and yet you did."



I looked down to Hanna. "You're fine, right? Beautiful little munchkin…" I tickled under her chin. "Hanna banana, lives in Montana, but wants to move to Al-a-bama," I sang. "She drinks Tropicana, and settled on Louis-i-ana," I giggled.
"Oh God…please…stop," Jacob said.

I made eye contact with him. "Hanna banana is Americana—Italiana, likes to sit in the ca-ban-a." I did a little shimmy. When I looked to Esme, she wore a wide smile.

"Wow…you just came up with all those words that rhymed with Hanna…like that?" Carlisle snapped his fingers.

I shrugged.





I waved an arm to get Jacob's attention, and when that didn't work, I quietly backed out of the dining room to grab my purse.

I sent him a text message.

Peek-a-boo, I see you—Bella





"Listen, and listen good." Edward seethed, squaring his shoulders and standing to his full height. "Respect…respect comes from admiration or fear. One way or another, you will respect me. I promise you that…even if you finally realize it when you take your last breath. Now get the fuck out of my house." Edward pointed to the door. "Go cry to my father." He turned and locked eyes with the son. "And you—" He grasped his chin. "Maybe you should go cry to your mother." He turned his face to Petey.

And then he let go, like nothing had happened. He walked behind his desk and straightened out his jacket.

Those men…their faces paled. I believe they got the hint, because God help them if they didn't.



I hid again, as Caius walked out of the office. When he was a few paces away, he turned back to me.
I gulped and placed my finger over my mouth.

Caius quietly laughed and continued on his way out. He's another cool one. Caius is a really nice guy, but he turns from nice to creepy in no time flat. I think he enjoys all that cleaning and killing. That day—when that thing happened with Tony and I came back to the house—Caius gave me hug. He was proud of me and said he couldn't have done it better himself. Then he went on to analyze the bullet wounds I inflicted. He also explained where else I could have shot him…for maximum damage.



"Bella? You can come in now," Edward said.

I bit my lip as I poked my head in. "Hi." I waved, like an ass. "How long have you known I was standing here?" I walked into the room.

Edward smirked at me and patted his thigh. "Since I saw you creep to the other side of the door."

I didn't reply and sat on his lap.

Best Parts:

I blew out a breath as tears filled my eyes, but then… "Why is Fat Tony here?" I whispered.

"What?" Edward screamed and he continued to scream while I almost shit my pants. I was scared now, and yet Edward didn't sound like he was driving at all. I noticed that—amongst all the other bullshit—he didn't sound like he was in a car at all.

"Where are you?" I whispered. "He said you were in an accident."

"I'm so glad you're smart—most people would have dropped everything and ran into the car with him. I'm guessing that was his plan." Edward chuckled bitterly.


Time sped up after I fired two quick shots in his face. He collapsed back with a hard thump and I advanced toward him. With hate in my heart and fire in my hands, I shot him once more—at close range—in his head, only to scream when his blood splattered me.

He was dead. He lay lifeless before me, and my job had been done.

That was when I froze. I didn't know what to do, and stared down at the puddle that developed before me. There was so much blood—

I ran into the bathroom and kneeled in front of the toilet. Bile burned my throat, and I continued to dry heave, all while the house phone rang and rang.

It was Edward, no doubt.

On my hands and knees, I crawled to the phone on Edward's nightstand. "It's done," I whispered.

There was silence on the other end.

"Did you hear me?"

"I—I can't fucking believe—Christ, are you okay?" He was sobbing now and he didn't try to hide it this time.

I nodded and tried to ignore Tony's foot. I could see it in my peripheral, but refused to turn my back fully away from him.

"Bella…clean yourself up and go," Edward whispered. "Just go…grab the dog and go."

Best parts:

He groaned and hugged me—but not too tight. Damn I miss those hugs. "I love you…and I love you too." He bent low and looked back up to me. "Let me see him."

I giggled and lifted my shirt so Edward could kiss my stomach. "You're too cute."

He stood up. "So I've been told." He kissed me once more, and then I watched him walk out of the room.

I sighed watching him go. He really is very cute and sexy. The man still kills me.





"What are they doing?" Carlisle whispered.

"Nothing," I whispered.

"What are we looking at?" Edward asked.

I looked behind me to see that we were all looking out the window, even Laurent.

"Oh…" Edward said. "What's so…anyway…" He began to talk to his friend again, while Carlisle and I continued to look.

Then I gasped when I saw Aro lean into Christina. "He's leaning—get the bat." I pushed Carlisle. "Hurry!" I was seething. "I'mma get that motherfucker!"

"What—get who? Bella?" Edward turned me to face him.

"Here," Carlisle laughed and handed me the bat.

I smiled, and then frowned when Edward grabbed it. "Bella…" Edward palmed my cheek with his freehand. "Snap out of it," he said 'cause he knows how I get. "Christ…" He turned back to his friend. "I feel like…I'm married to Lucy. You know from that old show?"

Laurent laughed. "I Love Lucy?"

Edward nodded and stared back to me.

I shrugged and looked everywhere but to him. I'm crazy. So, what? Fuck. He's stuck with me now…





"Hit me."

"What?" I stared up at Edward like he was crazy, but most of all I wondered why he didn't answer my question.

"Let go of the aggression…let it go…hit me. Us guys do it all the time. Once you hit me—FUCK!" he shouted after I hopped up and punched him in the face.

I felt so much better, but cried anyway. "I just hit you…" I panicked. "What's wrong with me?" I sobbed and needed to sit down.

"I'm fine…" Edward held his jaw. "You're fine…I thought you'd hit my arm or something." He grinned down at me. "My baby's momma packs the heat." He bent low to kiss my hand.

I sobbed harder, and thought I was losing my mind.

"Why are you crying?" Edward hugged me. "Don't cry…you'll make me cry…"

I giggled through my tears.

He sighed and rubbed my back. "My Bebella…please calm down…"

Best Part:

I bit my lip, looking down to my feet. "Get rid of her." I blurted.

He looked around himself. "That's hardly a reason to clip someone, but if it'll make you happy—"

"Oh God!" I shouted. "No! I meant just fire her. Make it so she's not around Carlisle. He's lazy. It's not like he'll seek her out or anything." I nestled into him. "What the hell is wrong with you?"

"You said "Get rid of her". What was I supposed to think?"

So Funny!

Best Part:

"Anywhere...I want to go?" She stepped away from me again.

I didn't like the way she said that but I nodded my head yes anyway.

She squealed, clapping her hands while she jumped up and down. "This is fantastic!" She bit down on her lip, scrunched her nose, and proceeded to do the running man. "Ugh. Ugh. Ugh!" She grunted out.

I laughed at my silly, beautiful wife and wondered what the fuck was going on in that head of hers. "Where are we going?" I asked, hoping she'd calm down.

"WE ARE GOING TO THE WIZARDING WORLD OF HARRY POTTER!" She shrieked out. "YEAH BUDDY!" She frowned. "Caius is dead—but fuck him we're going to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS! WOOT-WOOT!" She ran from me.

I walked to follow her, and saw her grab her cell from her purse. "Who are you calling?" I asked.

"Esme..." she looked to her phone.

I grinned at her. "Did you do all that just to get a vacation out of me?"

She shrugged. "Yeah, you're so damn easy—you know what I mean."

"No, I don't." I laughed.

She blew out a breath. "Lexi is gorgeous, and I have no idea why you're with me and not her...but you are with me...you're mine, and...I don't fucking know. Yeah, it pisses me off that she's around. But whatever. What can I do?" She squealed again. "Let's drop it."

I nodded.

"-and you go lay down." She nudged me. "You need your energy for Potter-world. I'll handle everything. I just need to call Esme to see if she'll watch Brutus."

I frowned. "Yeah...I'll go watch television," I felt around my sinuses. "Can you make me some soup?"

She jut her lip out. "Of course I can. Go lay on the couch and I'll bring it in...my poor baby." She buried her head in my chest while I smiled into her hair. She's fucking easy as hell too.








I also love that Edward already suspects Alec!!

I love how you spun this. It all seems very natural and organic. For them, it's perfect. The dog eating the tampon...hahahahaha. That's funny to me. 

Girl I don’t know what the hell happened.  For whatever reason I didn’t get the notice that the epilogue had posted.  I finally got impatient and clicked on your name to see if there were any updates and saw that the new story had already started. 

You know I love all your stories.  My son goes to private Catholic school so I totally can relate to some of the stuff you write.  But for me as a single mom it’s not as easy to afford.  Anyway that’s neither here nor there. 

Can you do me a HUGE favor – can you give me a timeline. I got really confused on exactly when Edward was in jail and how long.  I wasn’t sure if he was in jail waiting for more than one trial or not.  Like if I’m being totally picky – I’d love for you to tell me the age they got married and then when they had each kid.  Also I’ve always been curious if this fic was set in today’s date or if it’s supposed to be set in the 90’s. I don’t know why but there are some things that remind me of the 90’s.  I think it’s the whole tanning bed thing. 

Ok this probably made no sense but love you and love this fic and have followed faithfully since the beginning.
