I'm glad you stuck with the story past the first few chapters (which were blatant copies of the book with a few lemons thrown in). I love long chapters too. I hate cutting off and leaving the chapter hanging. I appreciate your comments about the lemons. I have a community set up on my FFN with lots of E/B stories I read or want to read someday. You could check it out to see if anything sparks your interest. I've also begun a sequel to LAFS on FFN called Happily Ever After. I think I'm into chapter 20 now. There is so much going on besides the pregnancy. Unlike the book when her life was put on hold because of the baby, I didn't want to do that to them but I didn't just want to talk about her symptoms and Edward's reaction. They are young, I want them to enjoy the pregnancy as much as possible.
Like any other couple, they'll have their ups and down but it's finding a solution to the problem and working out conflicts that keeps the relationship steady.

Thanks for the wonderful feedback. I thought it was better to have the wedding night at the cottage instead. They both needed some alone time before their long trip to the island.
