Edward is doing much better and it isn't being easy for him. He is making a huge effort, which will bring him good things. The first one tonight, Bella doesn't want to leave him and told him she feels safe with bim. For Edward it must have been such a nice feeling since he was determined to let her go.
Still there's still a lot to work on. Bella is confused, scared, doubtful. I wonder what did Rose told her that made her act as she did tonight. It was a huge step for her, one she isn't ready yet, even if she tried to.

Edward is wising up, and this is good in so many levels. He now has Emmett and Rose's support and assistance, with Bella and his father. It won't be easy for the brothers to set their plan in motion and make it work, but they will do it. Perhaps they will find more people willing to help them. Although the looking out has to be careful and quiet.
As for Bella, it will take time. Lots of help from Rose as well as from Edward. He just needs to find out how. Hopefully his wising up will help here also.

I agree with Edward, his dad definitely has another agenda, and why he is so interested in Bella. I am happy that Edward is onto him, and that he has Em and Rose to assist. I am also happy he is starting to see Bella as a real person.
My suggestion, and it may be extreme, but if he marries her, can he protect her with his name and status so she can't be taken away and sold to someone else. Just a thought I had while reading. Can't wait to see what happens next.
