He has some serious back peddling to make the sentiment clear. I really hope that they get things figured out soon. I agree that they need to start slow and I'm looking forward to watching them grow.

Then we are bouncing back and fourth to see the pictures that go with the sentence because they dont post the story on the blog too, just the pictures.
This way is much better, we get to see the pictures in exactly the right sentence that intended it to be.

Well I am ashamed to admit this but I haven't even finished your other wonderful story "People Like Us" I get so damn distracted with so many stories I forget about the ones I started reading first. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your latest chapter! The letter sequence was a brilliant idea and worked amazingly well. The best writing, I believe, gets you inside the characters' heads and that is just what this accomplished. In the beginning Bella's pain and anger show through clearly - and Edward's reactions to them shine back. As the letters progress the evader can see and feel bElla's shift and also her sense of accomplishment. It is here that Edward knows he acted for the good. Bella is finally able to thank him and all him friend once more. Damn! It was bloody brilliant! Let me put it this way, I put the Oscars on DVR so I could read this instead. And I loved every minute!

Cannot tell you how thrilled I was to see the update this morning! You did a fantastic job describing the months apart. It never felt rushed, spotty or forced. There was a wonderful flow & continuity. While reading it, you could imagine time passing, emotions growing, feelings changing, the excitement, pride, longing & growth.
I loved how Bella's letters changed from anger to pure joy in describing her "journey" to Edward. It was like she was "talking" to him the whole time.
Loved Edwards "breakthrough" on what love is. His letter to Bella was probably one of the most beautifully honest love letter I've read.
Bravo on a great job! So looking forward to the reunion.

i am thrilled that bella accomplished so much. but she is strong and i knew she could. too bad edward made a choice for her. he will learn he can't do that and she needs to make her own decisions about her life.
they are both going through therapy and they are better for it.
thank god she has a giant support group and a great family that loves her and a knowing that she was also loved by her parents who had her. she was not forgotten

hi!, this is the first review i have done in a while and would just like to say OMG your story rocks. while reading this chap. my hubby and daughter both had a WTF moment looking at me while the tears were streaming down my face and i tried to explain what had happened so far to make me cry, my daughter thought it was sad that bella lost the baby ( plus she is only 8) and thought that was the reason for the tears, ok so not all of them. Read this on the plane & wanted to review but the wifi conked out!
EXCELLENT chapter!! I know what a hard decision it was for Edward to leave but he had to. He recognized his inability to control himself around Bella & was afraid he'd lose himself to his addictions in order to counteract his feelings for her.
Loved how Emmett picked up on Edward calling Bella "love" & "baby". Talk about subliminal!! I'm sure Edward doesn't realize it although I think Bella does but doesn't say anything because she likes it. She's had no love that she can remember so she's embracing it.
Thank you for not dragging the separation out. A chapter or so is fine! I think Bella is more receptive to a relationship with Edward than he is with her. Bella is wise beyond her years & while I believe she will accomplish everything she sets out tone and still enjoy a love life with Edward....he will need more convincing. Mainly, I think, because of the age difference.

I Hope that Tge baby is okay and the twing that Bella is feeling is only growing pains. I think Bella is way to fragil to cope with losing the baby. Hopefully she confides in someone soon so that she can get checked.

This chapter made me cry. Don't care I am mad at Edward for leaving her.
I love the pictures that you include. My favorite (Rob) picture of all time is in PLU of Edward holding the new born twins, one lying on each arm against his naked chest. Love it. Just had to tell you that.

wow heartbreaking
i am thrilled that bella knows that she was loved and her parents wanted her. man what a twist of fate that both parents where taken from her. so sad that she was lost in the system. but such a strong girl she was she looked after others. now she is getting the chance to go to school and have it paid for.
so sad edward didn't have the balls to be honest with bella. they both have feelings and don't know how to deal. wow i guess it was better so edward doesn't use. he was smart in getting himself away from the situation but to bad he couldn't tell her. maybe she could of helped him. i am glad she knows he did what he needed and that they both weren't ready for a relationship but hell doesn't mean it still doesn't hurt like hell. love it

Yeah - I'm a sobbing mess! You have done an amzing job with these characters, which is the reason that it's so heartbreaking! While I understand what he did, I still really want to kick his ass!!! Thank god this won't last long...I don't know if I could handle that. I'm glad Bella will forgive him, but I hope she makes him suffer a bit too. I've said it before and I will say it again - I LOVE this story!! Thank you for sharing it!

i really love this story, but edward's current actions don't make sense to me especially as he's a reformed character after the jenna incident.it just seems like you're slipping in the old new moon edward leaves for her own good routine, when everyhitng else you've written ahs seemd a pretty orginal spin on things..so I'm a bit dissapointed as a reader. itw oud, ahve been more interesting terretory for me if he stayed and faced his demon head on.
