Now I wont say I'm not sad that it took so long for an update because I am. But i waited until your awesomness had it done and posted. My bday wasnt too long ago on the 21st and I hoped that it would be up then but this is as good as anything really lol.
Now you must stop worrying about how well people will like your so called 'filler' chapters. They are just as good if not the same and awesomness that other chapters are. Damn long too. I'm glad things werent so tense in this chapter.
Though Bella and Edward arguing gave them some insight on how the other feels on about what happened, im glad they talked it out. They needed it. He shouldnt have yelled at her in front of the family but shit, it was intense and he wasnt thinking and I see he didnt mean to embarrass her. And Bella laid her case in why she went off and played the Jimmy game. In her defense she did leave the messages lmao!
Oh and LARRY! the guy has been used and abused the poor guy. as much as i dont like him, i feel sorry for the dude. I mean he's got something 'wrong' with him, mentally. He shouldnt be out in that island, vivi shouldnt have taken him. I'm not sure if they didnt plan on leaving his ass there after they were finished getting their ship shit from the bottom of the damn ocean. -- Jimmy and VIVI are just ugh! disgraceful!
Mrs Lady and Doctor Pops or whatever he called Carlisle lmao thats hilarious. I wonder what he'll call Bella.. princess lmao? -- I hope we have a few chapters of some calm before they gotta face ViVi again. and i hope they dont have too many problems with her. But knowing you, I must be ready for the unpredictable.
Nice laugh fest you gave us there, Edward's new experiense with the soaps!! It truely made me giggle alot. His vow he was gonna add, hilarious! I do hope he asks her, that would be lovely. THEY STILL NEED SOME BONDING TIME, AND FUN! GIVE THOSE THINGS UP AND I'LL BE DANDY!!

Thanks for reading and reviewing chapter 30. Thanks also for your PM. I would have replied earlier, but I haven't been receiving email alerts from TWCS for over 2 weeks. Apparently some email providers changed their security algorithms and all TWCS emails were being sent to my spam folder. It wasn't until I asked the site Administrators what was going on that that they pointed me in the right direction. They were right - all my TWCS emails were in a spam folder :(
I didn't get any really mean emails - thanks for your concern though, but some readers did express their dislike for Edward's attitude/reaction to Bella's behavior following the shooting and death of Jimmy. I think people sometimes forget how they themselves might react in highly stressful situations. Anyway, they're all entitled to their opinion and I appreciate free speech. I've been lucky not have received any flamers - those I won't tolerate. Hate mail is worthles and counterproductive. If I ever get it, I will delete it from my accounts, so don't worry.
I've been flat out busy for the last week and I'm moving again on the weekend. The apartment block I'm renting in finally has a one bedroom apartment for me so I'm moving out of the studio flat I've been living in for the past six months. The owners fully renovated the new flat for me and let me help design the kitchen so I'm really excited. It means though that I haven't had a chance to do any writing this week and perhaps not much next week while I get settled in.
I'm also having a lot of medical tests lately - something's going on - so that's taking time as well and adding a little worry. Getting older is the pits, I tell ya! I will get something out in chapter 31 as soon as I can. Look out for a marriage proposal in the next chapter. I'm also launching a ring poll on my blog so that readers can choose the wedding rings they like best. More news on that in the next chapter AN.

hello, loved this chapter like all the other chapters. I am a senior who over the years have rec'd my share of bee and wasp stings. I was told many years ago that when I got stung to promptly make up a bit of mud and apply it to the sting..Then a bandaid over the mud. The sting stops hurting right away, stops any swelling and no itching. Within a few hours you can't see or feel the sting if not for the bandaid. Everytime this remedy has worked for me and mine.

I've been stung by a few bees in my time as well. In Australia, we also have bull ants which can give you a nasty bite and a big caterpillar we call a spitfire because it spits venom at you.
I've never tried mud as a sting treatment, only spit - but I don't think saliva has ever worked all that well to stop the itching and swelling. I'll try mud the next time I get stung.

Thanks for reading and reviewing chapter 29. Yes, poor Larry - he's not quite running on a full tank (of gas) as we say in Australia. There is a reason for his condition which will come to light in future chapters. It is something that affects more people than was first realized 20 years or even a decade ago, including my nephew - who is as sweet as can be, but is easily led and sometimes in the wrong direction. He comes across as mentally challenged as well, but is quite the opposite - its a behavioral condition of the brain, rather than one of low intelligence.
More on Vivi and MORTE in upcoming chapters. Some actual answers and some theories, but there is a reason for Vivi's absence - she will be back though.

I'll admit, I got pissed at Edward for how he berated Bella for trying to save Rose. He should be proud she was brave enough to do what she did. The ladies need some lady time it seems, and the guys some manly time.. to bond.. Edward and Emmett. Opinion on Edward's reaction has been mixed. Some are for and some are against. He IS proud of her for her strength, her knowledge and her sheer guts, but he's also angry with her for placing herself in danger and the rest of the family, because they had to rescue her AND Rosalie in the end, and Bella was the one who was badly injured. Edward is the one with the military and tactical experience and Bella needs to listen to him when it cames to the safety of the family against the pirates, as do the others. In every community (no matter how small) there will always be a natural leader - Edward is ours. I hope my explanation eases your worries about Edward's reaction. He and Bella will get through this. :)
I like your bonding idea - what about a ladies spa day at the grotto? Sound like fun? Perhaps a bit of waxing with the beeswax and some haircuts and manicures.
Now honey, don't be too hard on Carlisle - he did admit to Edward after all that he might have reacted similarly if it had been Esme, and he doesn't hold anything against Edward - Carlisle didn't stop the torture after all and he could have. He chose not to!
I love Jasper as well. I think you're right - he was yelling a silent war-cry when he captured Larry.

Wow I was shocked that they really tortured James, BUT I would expect nothing less from Edward and Emmett. I love that Edward is tremendously loyal to his family. I love that he really made him pay for what he did.
Now you did make a little ERROR in the writing. Edward said in this chapter that they had agreed to use the triton shells to signal emergency need. However in chapter 26 while they were planning Edward told everyone to use the Triton Shells to signal that they have found the girls NOT if needed to signal an emergency.
I cant wait for Saturday or Sunday to get more. This was a great chapter. I was concerned that the boys were not to concerned about getting to Larry to make sure he didn't escape. I would think that Edward would have told Emmett right away to get Larry to make sure he had not gotten away so that they can torture him too. I am hoping they will get some information from Larry about what they want. At least Edward know that they KNEW Bella is a Princess.

Wow! Amazing chapter! I've only cringed one other time while reading FF, and it was in a mafia story. I've read countless others with torture and/or violence, but rarely are they so well-written that they make me cringe.
Thank goodness Jimmy is gone! I hope Larry is able to give them information, because the thought that Vivi is still out there makes me nervous. oh wow, I just love this story !!!! Cursties and bows asaide, too funny. Iwill stick with TWCS for reading this story !!! I have found A03 confusing. but i will ge tit eventually !!!! Can't wait to see the next update, and Thank you for making this one solong. !!!! It seemed larger than the others, love it !!!

I'm glad you liked chapter 24. AO3 can be a little confusing to navigate, especially the search function, but it is in beta mode, so hopefully they'll solve any issues when they finish the site. I find it easier to just bookmark stories in AO3 if I find one I like, so I don't have to search for it again.
I'm working on chapter 25 so look out for it this weekend. I can't promise chapter 25 will be as long as 24, but I think the next 2 or 3 chapters after that will be longer, because we've got a lot to get through.
