That kiss may have been the best thing in the world for Bella. You can only hang onto that much pain internally for so long. Add to that dealing with Seth's illness bravely for his sake, and it's a wonder the Jimmys weren't flying ages ago. Marvelous chapter and we finally see the inner Prez. He never forgot- he just couldn't make the connections from any paperwork. Loved it!

Poor Bella! So glad she finally got that off her chest, but of course it just made Prezward more "interested" in her. And after everything is revealed and talked about, hopefully Bella sees Edward in a better light, because even though he didn't think about it everyday, he never forgot about Brady.

I'm actually an LPN, and a single mother w three kids and I really want to become come a pediatric nurse.I love kids, and it's so much more rewarding working to see a child overcome an illness than an older person. I really command you for every single time you fight for your baby's health and well-being. It's a scary place to have your kid being soo sick and you feeling like there's nothing else for you to do. I almost lost my son when he was three, not for an allergic reaction, but a very disturbing respiratory problem that ended him in PICU for a very long time, and I know what is to see your baby so sick and you as a mother trying to do the best for him. Good luck, and keep nurturing and protecting him, I wish him the best health and the outgrowing of his condition. Hope to see more of u soon!

Brady Collins? My guess is he was a cop or secret service against who off set an attack on a Presidential hopeful. I'm one big shrug on the subject of Jasper's shoe knowledge, but Alice's aversion could come from the same general area that Bella's for the President. There's too much about him that attracts her to him and she's set career goals for herself. My closest thought though was she feels the pull and fears losing him the way Bella lost her Brady. Another reason I think Brady was Secret Service. Thanks for a terrific update that makes us all think AND feel.

My guess on the cause of Bella's antagonism is that she voted for him, trusting a campaign promise that would ease the financial difficulties from Seth's illness. Once in office, compromise led to the breaking of that promise and Bella feels betrayed by someone she trusted to make a difference. There you go! My guess and a run on sentence all in one!
