I knew this chapter had to come and she had to move on. It was hard and I wish Bella would have had another meaningful exchange with Esme before she passed. Gosh this brought more than silent tears for me so I would say you captured the mood pretty well. I miss hearing Ethan's voice so I hope he shows up again and talks. I'm curious to see where Edward goes because I would have thought he would have said he loved her versus he thought he did. I guess he was pretty distraught though.

I have just spent the last 13.5 hrs reading this story from start to finish.
With only the occasional bathroom or coffee break and reluctingly stopping to feed the fam dinner, It was difficut to break away from reading your story.
You definitley achieved what you set out to do when you wrote this, it was so very REAL and I can't even put into words my emotions on the epilouge. Other than to say the tears are still streaming down my cheeks, it was, Beautiful.
My opionion to you for what it's worth, when you read your writing, don't be so critical on yourself and take pride in your work. It's F'ing brilliant Hon.

Ok, I've got a few things to say about this story so, let's get on with it, shall we?

Thank you SO much for this! LOL I've said the first part many a time in my life, but never heard the second part. You had be belly laughing, out loud, gasping for air on this one! Anyone that can give me the giggles so thoroughly deserves the "I'm not worthy" bows! ;)
2) "See Spot run. The ball is red. Spot likes the red ball." Yes, this is what my writing sounds like to me. So juvenile. I am almost embarrassed to post each chapter. (from Ch 7)
Now look here lil missy *takes your hand and wrist slaps it* Uh huh! Don't EVER let something so asinine leave your keyboard again. That is just plain silliness in the most absurd of ways.
This story was fun and funny, full of wit and humor, sweet and sassy, and so totally complete...*sighs*
There are no words, and if there are? Well, I can't find them. This was a beautiful read. So pleasing and sweet, yet heart wrenching enough to make it impossible to put down. The only thing I can say is "thank you." Thank you for recognizing your gift and taking time to outline these lovely ideas, thank you for writing them all down and weaving them together with masterfully realistic dialog, and thank you for having the courage to share it. As soon as I read Alzheimers, I had to skip the rest. I did catch the last few lines, and they brought me to tears. I have worked in an Alzheimers unit, and it's hard to understand just how difficult Alzheimers is unless you have seen how it affects a family. It's absolutely heartbreaking.

Excellent chapter. I had tears in my eyes, just like Edward and Bella. It was weird to have Edward tell her he loved her back in school, but when he went to tell her, she was with Mike. But I'm glad that Bella was smart enough to look at it the way she did. He was so wracked with guilt, he was ready to leave. i can't wait to see what the future holds for Edward and Bella.
