She does need to talk to Edward but I completely understand that talking to anyone about what she went through would be hard, especially if they don't know where she's coming from or if they care for her and maybe in her own way she's protecting him from hearing what she went through. Aww this broke my heart. I thought maybe they were steering in the right direction just to have the chapter end this way. :( I know it won't be easy and with everything Bella is feeling and going through I can't blame her for wanting to be Edward's main concern and for feeling jealous. I feel terrible for them both but mostly Bella, obviously. Ready for the next chapter. Thank you for writing this.
