Sometimes I really don't like how Edward reacts to certain things, it is a few chapters that he gives me the idea that Masen is a serie B son (maybe this is just because he isn't born yet and now he's just trying to deal with all the crap that Kate created). I get that he's been through a very stressfull period, but he is always complaining about something and then lashing out at Bella (I'm still mad at what he said to her after he found out that she was pregnant, of course it wasn't the right time for something like that but still), while Bella has been always supportive of him, she never tryed to take Kate's place even before the kidnap. Buyng a dog wasn't certainly a smart move with all their expenses, but she did try to call Edward and after all her wasted effort she tryed to do something more for the little one.
Maybe after this chapter things are going to be better? He seemed to put more effort in this one.
